Doctors Plus Urgent Care

Fantastic experience: Alexa was the best provider I’ve ever worked with. She took a blood sample and it was the most painless test I’ve ever had. She was super nice as well.

Positive experience: PA and nurse helped me, however, there were only two patients waiting in the lobby and one patient in an exam room when I arrived. It took over 1 1/2 hours to get those 3 people seen before I was called to an Exam room. Be aware there is only one PA or DR on-site at a time and I arrived while staff was on lunch. Unacceptable how long I had to wait in lobby with mask on when they weren’t busy. If they had been busy it would have been understandable. One patient left after apparently waiting a long time. Two people came in after I was in the exam room with emergencies so waited another hour. One PA is not enough. It appears the primary doctor passed recently and I’m sorry. However, to the owner, you all need to have a bit more sense of urgency. Maybe spend some time working in a larger city with a higher population. You’ll move fast then.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I took both of my daughters here to be seen while they were sick and they were treated with the best care! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the staff took such wonderful care of my girls! I am so thankful to this place and their staff! I will only be taking my daughters and any of my family members to this facility to be seen! Hands down the best urgent care I have ever been to! Thank you so much Doctors Plus Urgent Care for being so phenomenal! Highly recommend this place!
