Fantastic experience: I started going to physical therapy to help heal a sprained tendon and a micro tear in my ankle. Nikki was amazing she taught me alot of exercises to help with the pain in my ankle. I will love her forever ❤️ in just a few week Lake Conroe Sports had me feeling 100% again

Fantastic experience: Physical Therapy with Allison and Nikki can't be beat! They know their "stuff" and honestly want to help you get stronger and meet your goals. Watching them interact with other patients, you can tell they have a real understanding of each of their patients' individual needs and abilities. They know how much to push us patients so we continue improving to meet our goals, all while being sensitive to our comfort level. I always had a good workout with each visit and learned so much that I can take with me as I work out on my own. Super friendly and attentive ladies! Highly recommend!
