Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway has served patients of Faulkner County and surrounding areas since it opened in September 2016. The nationally recognized, faith-based hospital features 111 licensed beds and eight operating rooms. Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway is easily accessible off Interstate 40 at Exit 129-B (Northound) and Exit 129 (Southbound).

The hospital’s Emergency Department is a Level III trauma center, which means it has demonstrated the ability to provide advanced trauma life support (ATLS) prior to the transfer of patients to a higher-level trauma center.

Also located on the campus are Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute-Conway, a Medical Office Building and Baptist Health Surgical and Specialty Clinic-Conway, allowing patients and providers convenient access to additional health care services.

Fantastic experience: I have spent many days several times, and the staff is top shelf! They are nice courteous and professional. To share with you about their personal life and make you feel important. They recently changed food vendors so the food is I recommend this facility to anyone who needs care

Fantastic experience: Was quite ill. My PCP was unavailable. Went to the ER. They were quite good. Was there about four hours. Found out my condition was improving. Had pneumonia got treated for that and then found out I had pleurisy. They took great care of me. Better now.

Positive experience: We have had excellent care. The nursing and support staff on the second floor are responsive and knowledgeable. So grateful for the professional care they give our loved one - who has been in here more than anyone should be. They have treated him mostly with respect and dignity and we appreciate that more than we can say. The real hidden gems are those those who work behind the scenes to keep this beautiful new space operating comfortably. Those who keep the rooms clean with a smile, like Ashley. Unfortunately, We have had to spend a lot of time here, but I can’t imagine a better place to be in these circumstances in Conway.
