Fantastic experience: So thankful for Brittany's help. She's helped rehabilitate my posterior tibial tendon, and in doing so has rebuilt my collapsed arch, which was to blame for the injury in the first place. Instead of just putting a bandaid on the situation by making me wear a boot while the tendon heals, we're working to strengthen the area to help prevent it from being reinjured. And the fact that I have an arch in my foot after being flat footed all my life is pretty exciting!
