Fantastic experience: Outstanding care. The most thorough surgical prep (pre-education) that I’ve ever received. It gave me great peace of mind. I have utmost confidence in Dr. Huang and his staff. First-rate!

Positive experience: Having seen her for years, Julie Weber OD is generally fast and down-to-business, which can come across as a bit abrupt. But if you want to get in and out without extraneous chit-chat, and without being pressured to purchase new glasses from them, this is your place! However, like with any visit to a practioner, it's wise to allow for wait time. During my last visit Iwas told after getting the numbing drops that she'd return in 15 minutes or so. Well, 35 later she returned in her usual flurry but with no acknowledgment let alone an apology. As I've written in their Patient Satisfaction review, there are worse trade-offs in my experience, such as being pressured to buy new glasses or office personnel eating in front of you ~ bleh ~ just my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a second opinion on a diagnosis. Dr. Richard was able to examine my vision with advanced equipment and knowledge. He explained that the first diagnosis I had received was incorrect and he showed me why. I appreciated his kindness and his ease in both listening and explaining my situation. I was impressed and will highly recommend him.
