Fantastic experience: Dr Wobig is a great surgeon and overall good guy. He has a long history in this community! Dr Wobig also has a Physicians assistant, Mr Steve Bennett PA-C that has been with him for many years, who is top notch! Highly recommend Dr Wobig MD and Steve, , they do a great job with especially , knees and shoulders!

Fantastic experience: Sorry, this review is long overdue. First of all, I did not have insurance and was paying everything out of pocket. I was having very bad and constant knee pain. Beaver Sports Medicine got me in quickly for an exam. They immediately did x-rays that morning, then got me back in that same afternoon for MRI. They told me my options (including surgery) in a manner I could understand, and I decided to go ahead with arthroscopic surgery to hold me over until I was ready for total knee replacement. WIthin roughly a week and-a-half, they did the surgery. Dr Wobig, my surgeon, was absolutely incredible, as was each and every staff member I had contact with. All answered any and all questions and concerns I had with competency and professionalism. I never felt like "a number," as I have in the past with larger facilities. I have anxiety issues related to surgery, and have "escaped" a previous surgery center, taking my fashionable, open-backed gown and IV pole with me. That was in 2000. Since then I have had to have medication soon after arriving for just about any procedure. Not this time! Staff kept me engaged and entertained until the nighty night juice took affect in the OR. Also, they worked with me on the final bill, making things a lot more palatable and attainable. I have nothing but good to say about the facility and staff. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wobig and and his team spent a good amount of time evaluating and diagnosing my issue. The Beaver Sports Medicine team are great at what they do and professional.

Fantastic experience: I have had a couple of surgeries at Beaver Sports Medicine. Dr. Wobig and his staff are top notch. I tend to approach most challenges in life with a good amount of levity and the staff are great at matching your tone. Made me feel right at home. We laughed a lot and that always helps to alleviate stress. We are lucky to have such an excellent surgeon and surgery center right here in Corvallis! Thank you all.

Positive experience: My recent surgery was truly awesome, but when they called for feedback and I told them it would have been better for them to put my stabilizer on before I left, they got defensive and quoted not enough staff. Excuse me? How is that MY problem? They could have put tbe stabilizer on me before I left and instructed my friend and I on how to remove it and put it back on. I am so sick of staffing issues being a detriment to proper care!
