Fantastic experience: I've had a lot of massages, but this was by far the best! Kevin was able to help me with my tight neck, shoulders, and forearms and I felt infinitely better after just 45 minutes. I chose the "upper body only" massage since that's where I hold my stress. Kevin is very knowledgeable of the body and all the connections, and I even learned a few things (including an exercise I will be doing with my wrists) during my session. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I came in with a major knot in my back that prevented rotating my head left and right. Kevin listened to my description of the pain then worked it out over one hour-long session, paying attention to my cues and telling me how I might be able to prevent the problem in the future. I went to see him twice after throwing out my back and he helped me move better much more quickly than if I hadn't sought his help. He is attentive, communicative, and thoughtful during his appointments, and very professional. He explains what he's doing and why he's doing it, how it can help, and what you can do at home to continue to heal well. I will definitely see him again.
