CHI Health Physical Rehabilitation provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services designed to restore function and help patients recover to their fullest extent.

Whether you are a new patient or you need to see your regular provider for a non-urgent, medical issue, you can do so from the comfort of your home, via the Zoom app, on your phone or computer. Call your clinic to schedule.

CHI Health Physical Rehabilitation provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services designed to restore function and help patients recover to their fullest extent. A team of licensed and certified rehabilitation professionals is available at every level of care, from inpatient hospitalization, to acute rehabilitation, to outpatient therapy.

CHI Health Immanuel Rehabilitation Institute, a CARF-accredited acute facility, offers services to help patients reduce physical and cognitive limitations caused by conditions such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, trauma and stroke.

CHI Health's many outpatient locations offer physical and occupation therapy, for orthopedic and neurological issues, speech and swallowing disorders, lymphedema, pelvic floor and balance issues.
