Fantastic experience: I was so lucky to find Rob! I had been having knee & quad issues for about 8 months which I was unable to pin down the cause of. Working with Rob we were able to identify areas of tightness & he gave me specific exercises recover to full strength. I've been able to get back to running & am back to skiing with friends, I can't recommend Rob enough!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend for active individuals looking for rehab or prehab, especially those who have injuries that keep them from running and swimming. I went to Rob consistently for about 4 months due to nagging leg injuries (knee, hip, shin, ankle) that had a significant impact on my running and cycling volume. I had visited multiple PTs for issues related to the injuries with little improvement. Rob quickly identified muscle weaknesses and imbalances, corrected my running technique, and gave me exercises I can do on my own to maintain the progress we made. With his help, I was able to increase my cycling volume back to where it was before injury and run pain free. Rob is an expert on run technique and continues to stay up to date with research. He will video tape you running and review the videos to show where there is potential for injury and how it can be improved. While he is an expert on working with runners and swimmers, I strongly believe his help allowed me to get back to normal with my cycling as well. Rob will not recommend surgery, $400 orthotics, or pain meds. He focuses on identifying what muscle imbalances or weaknesses are causing injury and correcting them. I believe this is how physical therapy should be and highly recommend anyone with similar experiences and beliefs to go visit Rob.

Fantastic experience: I am so lucky to have Rob to help me with my post recovery of ACL-reconstruction surgery. With his instruction in just 3 months, I get full range of motion and better strength on the knee and I feel like I am back to normal. His therapy is effective and he would share and explain the methodology behind his practice. He cares about your concern and likes to make the exercise fun and make you feel ease. He is definitely a good PT and would like to spend quality time with his patients.
