Positive experience: I didn't have to wait too long the receptionist was courteous.

Positive experience: Was able to find a new internal medicine physician. Nice and clean. & Genesis has a new app to manage your medical records with.

Positive experience: Like the doctors, but it's horrible getting lab work! If you are going to open at 6:30 am then you really need more staff! Most people who come this early have to get to work. There is 1 receptionist & 1 person drawing blood! You could really use more staff this early.

Positive experience: Very beautiful, updated building, plenty of parking. It's also very busy. Constant line at all times. We were able to get into a patient room after about 10-15min and another 10min before seeing the Dr. I wish the wait time was lower, as we had to do blood work, and that alone was another 30min wait time. They had many options for appointment, but soonest was about 2 weeks out unless its urgent, or someone cancels last minute. They do offer Tele health, so perhaps appointments could be faster in the future.
