You have direct access to treatment. We are able to evaluate you, determine if you need physical therapy, and implement a treatment program… all without a referral!

This facility has extremely friendly people. They sincerely care about their patients’ well being and comfort. I’ve been here after a knee surgery. Each time I received a personal evaluation conducted with the utmost professionalism.

Both Jeff and Nathan were wonderful. They were always professional and respectful. I believe they genuinely care about providing the best possible outcomes.

I absolutely love this place. The whole staff is very courteous and they always make sure that I am comfortable and feel at home. Not to mention they always have snacks, coffee, and water.

I was hesitant to make the appointment as my back pain was debilitating and nothing seemed to help. From the first time I walked in the front door of US Rehab, I knew they were going to help me, on the Evaluation I felt confident that they knew what to do, and gave me a plan to follow.

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to get all of your therapy needs they are kind funny and care about every patient that they come in kind of with it I would recommend anybody that may have any back pain body pain leg aches shoulders neck they will take care of they are awesome stuff I also would like to thank you guys for blessing me with a birthday gift merry Christmas and happy new year to all yall thank you again for everything that you do to get me back together

Fantastic experience: I just had a wonderful experience at US Rehab and I wanted to take a moment to share my five star review. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The PTA’s are very knowledgeable and friendly and they answered all of my questions. The chiropractor is thorough and professional the adjustment changed my life. Furthermore, the masseuse was amazing, I did not want to get up from the table! They were able to accurately identify the areas that needed attention and provided the most ideal solutions. They all had wonderful customer service, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I am already feeling the benefits of the treatments and can honestly recommend US Rehab to anyone looking for professional care and committed staff.

Fantastic experience: US rehab is an excellent physical and occupation therapy center along with much more therapy treatments. Fabiha Nishat is an excellent Occ. Therapist and an asset to US rehabilitation organization. She was able to restore full mobility of my broken ring finger. I wish her an amazing career. Five Stars!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing and truly special, the staff are so nice and welcoming as well as experts in what they do. Every technology for recovery you can think of they have. I have done the later jet procedure on my shoulder and from day one till now the level of care shown to get back at full strength. I cannot thank this staff enough and looking forward on this journey of recovery.
