Fantastic experience: Waterworks is an excellent place for physical therapy. All the staff are helpful and caring. I had shoulder surgery and I assigned to Z as my PT ,she is awesome. She is caring and very professional. She always knew what I needed to do to get my shoulder back to full strength. There were times I was not so sure of my progress and she always reassured me I was doing good and got my spirits up. I would recommend Waterworks PT to all my friends. Thanks to everyone and especially Z I walked out on my last day of therapy feeling confident I was on the right track to get back to normal.

Fantastic experience: Angela was phenomenal! Knowledgeable and friendly. Kristina, Abbie & Andrew were awesome as well. My knee pain gradually improved with every session. Great place and a great team! Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Z is great and is knowledgeable and thorough. Some of the other staff not so much. The building has a heating and cooling problem. If the air conditioner was working it was extremely cold. The air conditioner was broken on 2 of my visits. Broken air conditioner coupled with a skylight over the entire workout area made for a sweaty uncomfortable session.

Fantastic experience: I had back surgery 8 weeks ago and have been going to Waterworks for 4 weeks and everyone there is wonderful......I have been to other PT facilities in the past and Waterworks is by far the best! The people are knowledgeable,friendly and take as much time as needed to make sure you understand the exercises so you can do them at home. Do make your appts in advance because the times fill up fast! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatments!!!!
