Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed my stay here. Staff is wonderful. I could name so many people her for their care and compassion. . Samar Malouf is an angel! She checks on me regularly and addresses any concerns I may have. Kudos to the staff!!!

Fantastic experience: Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work at your facility as a first year Certified Nursing Assistant. It was a great learning experience. I loved my co-workers and the job itself. The Nurses and CNA's work very hard to provide the best care to the patients. Everyone in therapy is amazing and they do an outstanding job with the residents. A special thank you to admissions director Samar Malouf for being a true inspiration and I hope to join your team in the future.Thank you to my co-workers for helping me and guiding me throughout the year. The only hard part of the job was having to leave my patients at the end of my shift. I gave my heart and soul to the job. I leave my heart with my patients. I found my purpose in life. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: My 95 year old mother is currently staying here for Rehabilitation after a hospital stay. I can't say enough good things about the staff they have been excellent from the nurses aids to the nurses to the physical and occupational therapists everyone has done a great job. I feel very comfortable that my mom is getting excellent care by all the staff at Optalis and would recommend them for your personal and family needs.

Fantastic experience: My name is Yasmine. I work with Prime Nation. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Samar Malouf (Admissions Director) at Optalis Dearborn Heights Facility. I cannot express what a phenomenal person she is on both a professional, as well as a personal level. I have witnessed her at work with the residents and the staff. She is always so welcoming, caring, and compassionate with everyone she greets. Many people are drawn to her and her great work ethic. I know that she is making a great impact in the community. Samar is truly an inspiration and a great role model for Optalis. She upholds the mission statement in every way by providing the highest quality care and making sure every patient and staff are comfortable and happy.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! I am currently a patient here and I would recommend it to anyone. It's clean, efficient, and the staff is friendly and down to business! My room is clean, spacious and bright! And the food is great! I had an enormous amounts of paperwork that I needed to print as well as medical record info that I needed so I could fill it out, and they have been nothing but helpful and prompt in assisting me! Addendum: the staff is is great! I e been treated in the most caring and humane way, I do t understand any of the negative reviews! The place does NOT smell like pee, the food is great, it's far from understaffed, and I have yet to be treated in any way that can be considered at the very least unprofessional.... I get that staying in skilled nursing can be aggravating. No adult likes rules, but the rules here are simple, and no different than any other medical facility. If I had to choose to place a loved one this place would be first on my list! Well, I'm back! I voluntarily agreed to com back for my own good. This place has instituted some really awesome proactive policies. Actually coming by and Interviewing each patient on their satisfaction and quality care. I've released my external doctors and am using their in house doctors. Ive gotten the best quality of care ever and I'm glad to have returned to this facility. It should be known that more negative reviews get written than positive because that's just human nature. If anyone has questions, feel free to ask, I'll give 100% a urate answers on my experiences here. I've been here almost 5 weeks, getting released on Sunday. I still have to say it's been a great experience. I had a very resistant VRE infection that I just had no luck with in my own care. Now the infection is gone and my wound is basically healed. My Dr, Dr Thaymer has been awesome, as well as his nurse practitioner... They are an awesome team, knowledgeable, attentive and on point. I hope to keep them as my Primary care providers when I leave, after 5 weeks of care, I still give this facility 5 stars!!
