Positive experience: My daughter had physical therapy today and the therapist was great BUT you need to change your policy of no one but patients in the waiting room. I am 70 years old and drove my daughter there. I was told to wait in my car or walk to Captain Dee in 85 degree heat. The office next door was kind enough to let me sit in there. You need to rethink your policy.
