Where You Are PT

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rebecca is wonderful! I wish I had discovered Where You Are PT before my pregnancy, but I’m glad I came across her at about 4 months postpartum. She provided me with helpful exercises I could easily integrate in my daily routine. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Rebecca is amazing! She is super flexible and easy to schedule with and puts the patient at the very center of all her care. She listens and is inquisitive about what each patient's experience, history, and needs are for each issue/injury. For example, I went to her for help with a chronic issue involving my lower back and which was causing major disruption in my daily life. I also mentioned an upper back injury from a prior car accident over 25 years ago (and which still regularly caused discomfort) during our initial meeting. I told Rebecca "not to worry about it, I had lived with the upper back issue for years and no one can fix it." Thankfully, Rebecca still asked to give it a try and I have not had pain in that area every day for the first time in the last two plus decades. Plus, my lower back issues are resolving and I am now able to get back to the gym and walk without discomfort. Her techniques seem to suit all my long term chronic issues perfectly and I am incredibly lucky to have found her!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen several different physical therapists over the last 20 years due to chronic pain and various injuries. Rebecca has been my favorite and most effective therapist. She is not only very knowledgeable and experienced, but listens deeply and tailors my sessions to help me with my specific issues. She suggests homework that is not overwhelming or too time consuming and gets me my desired results. This has helped with me regaining my range of movement, provides longer lasting pain relief and helps me devise a plan to help me get back to my desired lifestyle. I see at her office, but have also had a mobile session at my home which was very convenient!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my experience at WhereYouAre PT; Rebecca is very knowledgeable, curious, caring and listened to me ramble, only to find little nuggets that actually assisted her. She made me feel so comfortable and most importantly, I left in LESS PAIN than I walked in with! 10/10
