Fantastic experience: My primary care physician referred me to Physio - Physiotherapists and Associates, and I am so glad he did! Patience Bigby, PT is amazing. After giving me a set of exercises to do between sessions, I found there were a few that I was not able to do - so at my next session, Patience taught me how to use the large exercise balls as an assist to get stretch my back in ways that duplicate what the floor exercises would have. I'm grateful for the extra time she spends with me to ensure I'm getting the most out of the physical therapy.
