We offer outpatient physical therapy appointments, with flexible hours around your work or school schedule. In Illinois, a doctor's referral is required if you are seeking physical therapy (PT) for injury prevention or fitness. A physical therapy evaluation is done before therapy appointments may begin.

Your doctor may prescribe physical therapy as part of your treatment plan. At Ascension Holy Family - Rehabilitation, our physical therapists listen to understand you and your health concerns. Then, we work with you to create a rehabilitation care plan that's right for you. Physical therapy helps promote healing, relieve aches and pains, and restore your strength, mobility and balance using personalized non-surgical therapies.

Fantastic experience: We were admitted to Holy Family and was not certain what to expect. My husband was trying to ween off ventilator. They have outstanding people here who work extremely hard and do their best to keep patients spirits up. We couldn't be more pleased with the care he has received. Some of the best people in their fields. FromDrs., To Nursing staff, Pcts and Physical therapy. Housekeeping people are always kind as well. In our opinion, you can't go wrong choosing this facility for your loved ones. Thank you and God bless you all.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs Physical therapy! The people here are really nice and they do care about you! From the front desk to the physical therapists all the staff are amazing! My PT Rio was vary nice and was really caring and wants to help me walk again! This place is so much better than the place I went before highly recommend this place to anyone who needs PT!
