Fantastic experience: Outstanding team of physical therapists. They are kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable in treating injuries and those who are covering from surgery.

Fantastic experience: The ATI staff at the Dobson & Frye Chandler location are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The therapists provide well thought out exercise plans, clear instructions on how and why to perform them, and are always on hand to answer questions. The exercise areas are very clean with plenty of room to move around. I am very glad to be working with ATI.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with several physical therapists in the past and none can compare to Ben Kagen. He is very knowledgeable, he takes the time to build a relationship with his clients and he makes sure you are comfortable and in control at all times. He is the absolute best!

Positive experience: The staff didn’t make me feel welcomed. The only therapist that was caring was Paul and another male therapist, which I can’t recall his name. I always had issues setting the timer at one equipment in particular. I asked for help and the young lady said to me that I should know how to set it by now. I know she was joking, but her tone was condescending. Some times when I finished an exercise set, I had to wait for instructions and the assistant seemed annoyed. This is why I never finished my therapy cycle there.

Fantastic experience: After my knee replacement in 2019, I went to PTI for my physical therapy. Again this year my orthopedic specialist sent me to PTI to strengthen my hip and core. The entire staff showed great concern for not only my physical well-being, but my emotions as well. The pain and trepidation after surgery, for example. By the time you’ve completed your round of therapy, the entire place feels like family! I highly recommend PTI!!

Fantastic experience: This is one of the most warm places on earth, and the therapy begins w the workouts and treatment program, but the healing takes place as soon as you walk in the door, or even when you call, and they pick up - especially Kassandra ! Mannnn ! Kassandra is awesome and so is Ben, he’s the greatest ! I appreciate the staff here at this location, and am beyond grateful to be in a place so comforting and determined to get you better ! But, to be honest - every ATI I’ve been to this far has been amazing! Very clean, up to date equipment, a staff that always cares about you and what you’re going through, but even moreso is the consistency of professionalism!! Hats off to ATI and a major salute to KASSANDRA, alongside staff for always going above and beyond for the clients and guests ! Blessings

Positive experience: Ben has been extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me while helping me with vertigo & balance issues. I give him 5 stars. I gave the facility 4 stars only because 1 - I wish the tables we lay on were a little wider, and 2 - there is no privacy when checking in. The seated waiting area is 1 step from the front desk. Whomever is receiving a patient would do better to point to personal information on their printed intake forms and ask if it is correct, rather than saying all of it out loud for others to hear.

Fantastic experience: I am impressed by the overall quality of care and professionalism you get from ATI's team of physical therapists. From the 1st day I walked in it was evident that my therapist was on top of his game and showed a genuine concern for my well being and rehabilitation. I also love that they work with you one on one and are never stretched too thin.

Fantastic experience: Ben has been awesome to have as a therapist. The others, Megan, Dan, and Brooke have been right there to assist. They are a terrific team, all working together. I am already up and walking < 2weeks post surgery from a knee replacement revision. And I mean walking without crutches. My surgeon is very happy with my status which I put on my ATI team and my wife helping at home. They are very encouraging to get you back on your feet and keep you upright! The first time I went through eight weeks of therapy on my knee and at the end the physical therapist told me that they were working the completely wrong part of my knee and what I had done was a waste of my time essentially. They were all super positive, the hours are quite convenient as well, and they did a good job scheduling. Overall not a bad experience.

Fantastic experience: I went to ATI with very specific symptoms and after four helpful sessions Paul at the Pecos and Dobson location eliminated the symptoms. I'm very satisfied and feeling back to normal.

Fantastic experience: I've had physical therapy several times for different issues at a few other places, and my experience at ATI was the best! My therapist was exceptional, very knowledgable, pushed me far enough to get the best results without pushing beyond my limits, encouraged me all along the way, and was able to get me back to my normal life much sooner than I expected. Scheduling is easy, every staff member is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is fun and upbeat. I highly recommend this ATI location and will definitely go back if I need therapy in the future.

Fantastic experience: Well I’ve only been going for a week after hip replacement, but so far things are going great. The people are knowledgeable and very nice. I’m improving as I should and expect to be back to normal soon.

The exercises I have been given made a huge difference in my recovery in 48 hours, with my pain level coming down to a 3 from a 7! . My PT, KT is awesome, she knows her stuff!! Looking forward to being pain free and using their knowledge to get me strong and healthy.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Being my first time going through physical therapy, I have found my therapist, Karen “KT”Creech, incredibly knowledgeable, making my experience as pleasant as possible and answering all my questions. She keeps me engaged with exercises and homework to do in between visits. The environment of the location is clean with a pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend ATI to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: All the physical therapists are amazing also the receptionist is amazing also this is my third time coming here for a different reason each time I come here they eliminate my pain 100%. I am here because a traffic accident reactivated some lower back pain I had before I've been here for tendonitis in the elbow that they fixed I had neck issues they fixed I would recommend these guys to anyone I've been to other physical therapist before that didn't do so great these guys are the best at what they do

Fantastic experience: Sadly I've had to get PT several times in the past few years. I always use ATI because they are kind, patient and professional. The gym is clean and the modalities are up to date. I LOVE the dry needling! KT and Heather are always a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic experience: I can see improvement as I do my exercises under the supervision of KT. The care and the time she takes to make sure I understand what and why I am using a machine is great for my recovery goals. The appointment scheduling is always convenient to reach my needs.

Fantastic experience: The team at the ATI Chandler location is excellent. They are all professional, yet friendly. They balance pushing you and making sure you are safe, checking in with you regularly. They work effectively together as a team, even when they have a fill-in or floater. The location is clean and the equipment is up to date, in good condition and sanitized after each use.

Fantastic experience: I have used ATI in the past when it was Ideal Physical Therapy. Once after knee surgery and again after back surgery. This time I was referred to try and avoid a second back surgery. The change from Ideal to ATI did not change the exceptional service provided by their staff. Everyone works together to make sure every patient keeps on track and are comfortable. They address any concerns with respect and compassion. I highly recommend ATI for any physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been a patient at Eric's clinic but I was an employee of his. He is the most intelligent, kind, compassionate, patient PT I have ever met. Plus he has an awesome sense of humor, which honestly is a necessity in today's world. If you are in need of Physical Therapy and a smile while doing it then go to his clinic because they do care about your overall recovery.

Fantastic experience: When I went to ATI I was in pain with a severe pinch nerve in my shoulder. I couldn’t sleep or move without hurting. KT was my physical therapy and she is amazing. Ever time I went in she asked how I was feeling . I would recommend if you need any type of physical therapy this is the place to come. This place and the staff are amazing

Fantastic experience: This is my first full therapy session with Eric, he is through and will to answer any and all of my questions. I am impressed with the take home exercise he has scheduled for me and my ability to use my computer to do the exercises (videos insure I am doing them correctly) and keep track of my progress.

Fantastic experience: I broke a facet in my neck and had severe nerve injury affecting my right arm. Eric has been very good about exercises which have precisely targeted the muscles affected by the nerve injury. I've continued to improve slowly over 5 months and have regained probably 90% of the function of my right arm. Clients are scheduled so it's not crowded like a gym. Everyone is masked and distanced except when a therapist is working on someone directly. The overhead fans are whirling which makes the air safer by diluting any exhaled particles.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and targeted therapy for post carpal and cubital tunnel surgeries. Professional and efficient during my appointments. Instruction on at home continuing therapy very useful.

Fantastic experience: When getting into my 60s I began to experience neck and shoulder problems . PCP referred me to ATI and they got me " fixed " quickly and completely. Now in my 70s I am back to ATI for the third time .Again "getting fixed" quickly... and after six sessions , almost completely . I think I've learned my lesson which has been their advise all along ; "do your maintenance exercise ". I consistently found the staff to be caring and professional , knowledgeable , attentive and highly effective . Without reservation, I recommend the therapists at the Chandler ATI . I'm sure Ill be back …

Fantastic experience: I love this place I have been here 3 times since 2015. Each time I have been given the best care. When I do need therapy I will always come to ATI. I go to the one on Dobson off of Frye road in Chandler, AZ. Eric is awesome, the staff is awesome. I can not say enough about them. They listen and talk to you. They know exactly what you need, and how to treat you. You will never be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to ATI for so many years! They have helped us with my mom's new hips, new knees, my sports injuries, my brother's knee replacements, and my sister's physical therapy for her stroke. So we have had several different types of therapy for a variety of reasons, and they have been stellar with everything they treat! Eric and the whole team are so great at knowing exactly what you need and being able to also customize the therapy for you to keep changing it up. The atmosphere is easygoing and fun, and they have a real team effort when treating patients. Seeing my mom be able to not have pain with her hips and knees and to see my sister make such improvement< and my injuries completely gone by letting them work with us, has been remarkable! Fantastic experience: Eric Shifley has been my therapist several times over the past several years. He is the most knowledgeable, caring and friendliest therapist I have ever had. In fact, I was not a believer in PT until I found him! He has helped me through two frozen shoulders, hip and knee issues, shoulder surgery and, lastly, my back surgery. Thank you so much Eric, I appreciate all of your help and freidnship! I also need to send out a huge thank you to the PT techs: Gabee, Gabe, Megan and Alex. What a great group of people to work with! They helped make healing fun!
