Fantastic experience: I started physical therapy on or about March and ended in May. The whole team was fantastic! Phil and Eric are great physical therapists! Very knowledgeable. Ashley, Cris, and all the other technicians were so friendly and kind, always eager to help me with my exercises. They always had a great office environment and great team dynamic. Also Marissa and Kelsey were very pleasant and funny to interact with at the front desk. Great thing about those two smart ladies is that they were always willing to help me with my military schedule. They were very flexible and willing to help me when I had to do last minute reschedules or cancelations. Thank you everyone at Chandler Physical Therapy. I owe you guys salsa.

Fantastic experience: As a longtime patient at Chandler PT (I'm clumsy, what can I say?) the team has never been anything less than incredible. All these years, the service has been consistent in its quality, care, professionalism, expertise - and fun! You can't go to an appointment without finding yourself laughing at the hilarity that is this awesome group. Eric, Lindsay, Cris, Ashley, Phil - they're terrific. They know all the ins and outs of what you need for your specific recovery and how to get you on the other side of pain. And let's definitely not forget the ladies who really run the whole show: Kelsey and Marissa. Two incredible ladies who deserve some serious kudos. Make an appointment already! You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I presented with a fibular fracture in the left foot with excessive swelling, pain and difficulty walking. Danny at Chandler PT assessed pain tolerance, mobility and a therapy/exercise regimen. Under his care, my fracture healed completely and I am now able to get on with my life. I received personal attention from Danny and the Chandler PT team, and highly recommend them as a successful resource. Besides rehabilitation for klutzes like me, Chandler PT offers personal training, sports injury recovery and one-on-one personal attention to those who require physical therapy. Fantastic experience: Eric has wisdom beyond his years. I went in for an old injury in my hips and he went well beyond just evaluating my hips. He was able to look at me as a whole person and determine what other areas in my body were effecting the pain I was having. In addition to giving me helpful stretches and exercises, he took the time to do hands on manipulation, which I have not experienced much of in previous physical therapist's offices. I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Chandler Physical Therapy because of my great experiences working with the outstanding staff including Eric, Cris, and Jason. I began seeing Eric over a year ago for help improving my poor hip mobility associated with femoroacetabular impingement. I have seen major improvements in my flexibility and reductions in pain during both exercise and everyday activities. I owe many thanks to Eric and the team for my improved and maintained physical health.

Negative experience: Why is Chris so rude and crabby?

Negative experience: I went to this office hoping to get a customized plan that would target strengthening specific target muscles. I got 4 exercises for 3 months. I kept asking and they kept saying they would send and never did. Most of the workouts were happening only when I went into the office

Fantastic experience: This is my third time having therapy at Chandler Physical Therapy. I'm back this time with lower back and hip pain. Kudos to all the therapist I have worked with, Lindsay,Jason, Phillip, Eric. I'm feeling better and since I discovered Needling I'm a new woman! They have given me exercises to do at home. Thanks to the entire staff for all you do!!!

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the care the staff gives me with every visit. They are helpful with my physical limitations and are concerned about any discomfort I may be experiencing. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. My arm movement has progressed with every treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for about a year. Everyone here is very passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. They have actual weights in their facility and encourage people to go on to strength training (which as a CPT, I love !) They have helped me so much postpartum with scar tissue breakdown of my c section scar and rebuild my core back.

Fantastic experience: I have been very fortunate to have Chandler Physical Therapy help me recover from issues with my lower back, post surgery therapy after knee surgery and last but not least, stiff-painful neck issues. Can't describe the overwhelmingly safe, concentrated attention I felt during each of my visits to Chandler Physical Therapy. I have had dry needling, isolated manipulation, breathing techniques, pretty much everything, and always with techniques to use at home to continue my therapy. Everyone there is very attentive, fun and well trained. They provide a great environment for healing, hard work with fun, smiles and laughs, are always a winning combination. I always feel confident recommending anyone of the team to friends and family because before Chandler Physical Therapy, I had some very bad experiences with physical therapy and wasn't sure there was going to be any help for me. Voted best in the East Valley and in my humble opinion, they continue to hold that title.

Fantastic experience: As long as they keep doing what they're doing at CPT....I will NEVER go anywhere else. They know what they're doing and I don't begrudgingly show up for my PT appointments as I always have in the past at other places. I actually enjoy the laughter and positive atmosphere as it helps get the healing job done and boy are they good at it!

Fantastic experience: Eric and his staff are great. I have previously been treated there for back pain with success. I am now receiving treatment for degenerative disc disease with a prior cervical fusion. While I may never be totally pain free, I have made good progress and have learned how to mitigate the situation. I recommend the folks at Chandler Physical Therapy highly.

Fantastic experience: Since 2014, Eric Christensen (owner and senior PT) has helped me to resolve chronic and acute conditions including back, arm, knee and foot pain. All of the therapists at this clinic use a variety of modern, effective techniques and corrective exercises. I also like that a specific home program is provided so that I can actively participate in my recovery. Eric is incredibly knowledgable and experienced and visits are friendly and focussed. The entire clinic staff are professional and welcoming. Chandler PT provides outstanding physical therapy services and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Chandler Physical Therapy makes you feel like you're the only person there. Eric is amazing and works hard to get you back at your best. Jenna and Jason make sure you are doing all your exercises right and then email you instructions so you can refer back and make sure you're doing them at home right. I love coming here even though I wish I wasn't injured. I have actually been coming here 5 years, first for some smaller issues and now for the last 18 months, I might as well bring a cot and sleeping bag. When you get hit by a car on your bike, you get 10 surgeries, then you end up living at PT. Can not ask for a better place. "Head, shoulders, knees, and toes", they've taken care of it all. I am an Ironman triathlete and after every surgery, they get me moving the best I can. I know I am always going to be as strong and fit as I can be, so as to not lose too much fitness. All my surgeons are impressed at my progress. All the "parts" are moving and as pain free as can be. Everyone there is AWESOME!! Take it from someone that has been there for every body part. You will get back to the best possible.

Fantastic experience: Came to Chandler Physical Therapy after having no success with the chiropractor for my neck and shoulder pain. All I can say is that coming here was the best discussion I could have made! The staff there was super affable and polite, while being very professional. They made the environment feel very welcoming and are happy to answer any questions you may have. I can also say my pain has finally gone away after receiving treatment with them, in which I am so thankful for Alex, Lindsay, and Eric! Definitely recommend this place.

Every time I enter the door, I feel like I am part of a family. The staff is knowledgeable and highly skilled. Everyone is encouraging, upbeat and fun. They keep me busy, and the time flies by. My primary physical therapist, Lindsay, is simply phenomenal. It is clear that she is deeply committed to achieving the best outcome possible. She listens and responds to day-to-day needs in order to help me progress steadily and safely. She always seems to have just the right technique, the right challenge, and the right words at the right time. I am extremely grateful to Lindsay and the entire staff for the care I have received. Fantastic experience: Chandler Physical Therapy is AWESOME. They took care of me and my shoulder before and after surgery. Its only with the help of Jason, Hannah and the rest of the staff that I healed and recovered as quickly as I did. Jason and Hannah have different techniques and each proved valuable in my recovery. The entire staff is like family and I definitely felt like I was too! I actually miss going in to see them all every week. You will not be disappointed if you choose this place for the PT needs.

Fantastic experience: 360 Physical Therapy Chandler Blvd Location is Tops in their field. They have all the equipment that will allow you to do "Low Stress" therapy. Including ~ "Water Therapy" ~ "Heat Packs" ~ "Tens Type Electrode Therapy" ~ "Minor Movement Adjustments" for low spine alignment. They do challenge you to a degree, but never push you to quickly into your next level of therapy. Fabian Chavez was my personal therapist and he is Tops in his Field at the Chandler Blvd Location. They do have other Therapy Locations, but in my case, I needed Fabian for my Treatments.

Positive experience: The therapists are good and the facility is nice, but their billing department and front desk personnel need to learn how to give accurate quotes. The bill that arrived in the mail was 3 times higher than what they told me it was! Thank goodness I only went there twice.

Fantastic experience: I went to chandler physical therapy after years of back neck and shoulder pain. I have been to other PT where they set a treatment and you do the same things over and over again. I am very active so each week I walked into the office I would describe my most recent issue and Eric would always change things up. They never give up. I will always have to stretch and do the exercises I was given but for the first time ever I am seeing improvements. Eric and the team are awesome and hilarious and they clearly like working together. Such a great group and I cannot thank them enough. PS. If nothing else, go to see Eric's sock collection. Thanks team you are the best!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable! Dr. Eric does my treatments and the others guide me through my exercises. Eric explains everything in understandable layperson's terms so I know what each treatment goal is. The facility is very clean, and it's about the only doctor appointment I have that I can honestly say I look forward to attending! :) If you need PT, this is the place you want to go!

Fantastic experience: Finally a place who knows what the heck they are doing! I was blown away with the customer service, the knowledge and time taken on my first visit. The display of genuine care is very apparent in every visit. Side note, they keep it fun with the bow ties and crazy socks! I would also be remiss if I didn't mention the awesome front office staff! Fantastic experience: This is by far the best place ever. I have been working with Eric and his team for several months now and have had the benefit of their knowledge and experience, their compassion for me and for everyone there and I can't forget the humor. There is not a day I have been there where I haven't heard at least 10 very corny jokes. Laughter in itself is medicine. I come in and I truly feel like family and because of that I am healing. Thank you so much team! You are just an amazing group and I cannot express how grateful and blessed I am that so many people (and I mean a ton) pointed me in your direction!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience at Chandler Physical Therapy. The entire staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They take the time to determine your exact problems and develop a treatment plan specific to you. They do a great job of explaining how the treatment will solve your issues. I went in with shoulder problems and now feel great.

Fantastic experience: I broke my back 5 years ago in 2 places, but was misdiagnosed for 4 of those years. I went from doctor to doctor and saw 3 other PT where I was pushed to the point of exacerbating a already very painful injury. I now am finally at a PT practice who truly listens and treated with much kindness and care and the correct protocol of my complicated injury. My PT is Ashley and I am so grateful for her knowledge and understanding of severe nerve pain. The PT techs are very attentive, and front desk person April is very helpful. Fantastic experience: Chandler Physical Therapy is the best! What sets them apart from other PT offices is that they genuinely care about their patients. I had suffered for 2 years with debilitating knee pain. My physician misdiagnosed the problem but Jake at Chandler was able to pinpoint the problem quickly. He started me on a stretching and strengthening program that quickly helped. He patiently taught me the exercises, corrected my form and explained how they would help me. I'm pleased to say that I can now walk without pain - I'm up to 1 1/2 miles! Thank you to Jake, Eric, Chris and Collin from the bottom of my heart!

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Eric and everybody that works at Chandler PT currently and prior. I abuse and beat up my body on a regular basis. I have problem with my lower back and hip flexor I've dealt with for almost 30 years to date. When it gets agitated I compensate by walking differently and make things worse, to the point I can't walk. Almost 10 years ago is when Eric came into my life. My wife was seeing him after a car accident and suggested I see him. I showed up hunched over barely walking through the doors. Eric assessed my situation and explained a diagnosis (a correct one) of my condition different from any other people I had seen for this. After a few sessions of therapy, I can truly say that I was pain free for the first time in easily 15 years. Eric gave me exercises and stretches to do on the regular to help strengthen and keep mobility. It all has helped so much and has made my everyday life more enjoyable. But......If you are still reading you may remember I said I abuse my body regularly. I now see the smart and fun people of Chandler physical therapy about once sometimes twice a year for a touch up when my stretches and exercises aren't enough to fix what I did. Did I mention PAIN FREE for the first time. Also came to Chandler physical therapy after my shoulder surgery in 2015. With the PT gang here I can proudly say that I have full mobility and strength. And I still hate "monster walks"

Fantastic experience: As an avid runner, I was suffering from foot pain. I saw Savannah who diagnosed plantar fasciitis, and upon initial assessment also determined the other areas of my body mechanics that needed improvement. I was pleasantly surprised that my subsequent visits were unlike previous physical therapists who would give me exercises and get me in and out. The exercises would work muscles I didn't even know I had! Savannah would cheerfully explain why she was scraping my foot and the tools she was using, as well as how the exercises I was performing would help my condition. Further, the entire staff is very friendly and the assistants were always aware of my routine and would help keep me moving. I had no trouble getting appointments and the location is conveniently close to the 101 and 202 freeways. After several weeks of sometimes very strenuous therapy (hey! I asked for it!) I am now pain free! Thanks, Savannah, and the rest of the crew!

Fantastic experience: After my botched hip surgery by Dr. Jimmy chow, I have been to 4 physical therapists. Three of these therapist companies were average or mediocre, until Chandler PT was recommended to me by the wonderful people at the Funk Fit gym in Gilbert, a wonderful caring gym. My therapist is Jake, "the wonder man". he is patient, caring and he listens to you and explains the exercises lay woman's terms. I am beginning my second round of PT and see more progress than in the other three companies combined. I am 70 and feel pushed a little but never feel like I am being over pushed. However they really do work me! Please try out this Physical therapy company

Fantastic experience: I have had a pretty serious back issue for a while now and was recently hospitalized for it. I finally decided to bite the financial bullet and get healthy. For me to ensure that I was getting what I was paying for, I did a fair amount of research and finally my roommate told me about Chandler Physical Therapy. I went to another therapy clinic in the east valley before and it doesn't even compare. Savannah is hands on for part and of the session and for the remainder I have excellent stretches and exercises to help relive my pain and increase mobility. The work she does and has me do has reduced my pain and increased my quality of life greatly. I told her that I hope to be able to play sports again, pain free and I will feel totally accomplished when that day comes. I know it will under her care.

Fantastic experience: I first found Chandler Physical Therapy nearly 5 years ago after suffering for years with chronic back pain. They have a good understanding of how the body works and the connections to different areas of the body. And they are great at explaining why certain exercises work. After years of being told I just need to strengthen my abs, Chandler PT taught me that a lot of my pain was coming from my legs and hip flexors or my shoulders, not just my core. And after a few months of working with them, the pain went away. So, now, after a couple years of slacking off on my stretches and exercises and resulting in renewed back pain, I knew who to go to for relief. I also have been dealing with elbow tendonitis and Jake (along with the whole team) has been great at working with me on both problem areas. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I had a pretty severe injury—a shattered patella—that required a lot of work to regain range of motion and strength in my leg. The staff at Chandler Physical Therapy helped me make steady and significant progress. I highly recommend them.
