Allison is originally from the Midwest but has been recently enjoying the Arizona sun with her family. She specializes in dry needling and ASTYM/ISTYM technique and has additional training in pain management. She also plans to further her education in aquatics, vestibular rehabilitation, and functional joint manipulation. Allison’s experience in swimming and playing soccer provides her with the knowledge to better treat sports and general orthopedic injuries. Her love for physical therapy stems from her passion to help others reach their goals and educate them on the amazing human body. When she is not treating patients, she enjoys riding bikes, swimming, and discovering the beauty of Arizona with her family!
Becky obtained her degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from Pima Medical Institute. She specializes in aquatic therapy and especially enjoys working with orthopedic and neurological patients. She also earned her Therapeutic Massage License in 2007, and as a result is drawn to manual therapy. She is native to Phoenix and enjoys taking road trips to explore the beautiful gems of the southwest.
Fabian earned his Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 2003. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in wellness from Arizona State University. Fabian has experience in orthopedics, post-op rehab, and spine care. He is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and certified in Dry Needling. He is married, with 2 children, and in his free time enjoys skiing, white water rafting, working in the yard and garden, and making homemade wine.
Janice received her Physical Therapy degree at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada in 1973. She has experience in orthopedics, joint replacements, foot & ankle treatment, headaches, TMJ, and spine care. Janice is certified in Graston Technique and Dry Needling. She is also trained in Visceral Mobilization (mobilization of restrictions of abdominal contents including scar tissue) as well as Neuromeningeal Mobilization (mobilization of nerves of head and neck, major nerves in arms and legs). Janice is married to Earl Edwards, a retired NFL player. Her sons, Gavin and Damien, played basketball and football respectively.
Jennifer received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarke College in Dubuque, IA. She has experience working with a wide range of conditions but has a particular interest in geriatrics, post-op rehab, fall prevention, gait & balance impairments, Vestibular rehabilitation, and spinal conditions. She is also trained in Graston Technique. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and children.
Kaitlyn earned her degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Carrington College. She specializes in aquatic therapy and enjoys treating lower extremity injuries. While in college, she ran cross country and experienced numerous injuries and underwent physical therapy. This experience assists her with better treating sport-related injuries. When she is not at the clinic, she enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her husband and dog.
As a seasoned beach volleyball player, Katarina has personally experienced physical therapy due to her fair share of injuries. This inspired her to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy to help others heal their bodies. She specializes in sports therapy, cupping, stroke/neuro rehabilitation, geriatrics, and manual therapy techniques. Katarina also has special training in tool-assisted soft tissue mobilization techniques. Her experience in competitive athletics allows her to better treat patients with biomechanical impairments. Katarina plans to further her education in dry needling and Graston Technique and is seeking certification as certified strength and conditioning specialist and an orthopedic specialist. When Katarina is not treating patients, she enjoys walking her dog, hiking, sand volleyball, jigsaw puzzles, and card games.
Krystie graduated from Pima Medical Institute with a degree in Physical Therapist Assisting. She has over 200 hours of continuing education in Aquatic therapy. She is a certified Aquaticist through Aquatic Therapy University as well as Aquatic Therapy and Rehabilitation Institute. She also holds specialty certificates in Halliwick, Bad Ragaz Ring Method and Clinical Ai Chi. Krystie is married with 7 children and enjoys being alone whenever possible.
Linda graduated from Ball State University and then went on to receive her Physical Therapy degree from the University of Indianapolis. She has extensive experience with Orthopedics, Post-op Rehab, Geriatrics, TMJ, Headaches, Balance issues and Spine Care. Linda is also ASTYM Certified and has received additional training with Spinal Mobilizations, SI treatment and Industrial Rehab. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf and travelling with her husband.
Matthew enjoys working with orthopedic and neurological injuries and has a special interest in furthering his education in neurology. Matthew’s passion for physical therapy stems from being raised in a family filled with healthcare professionals. When he is not at the clinic, he enjoys participating in outdoor activities and traveling.
Will’s personal experience with injuries inspired him to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree to help others return to their daily lives. He enjoys working with ankle sprains and lower back pain. In addition, Will specializes in geriatrics, Graston Technique, joint manipulation, manual therapy, and post-op rehabilitation. His passion for sports has encouraged him to further his education in sports medicine. When he is not at the clinic, he enjoys playing basketball, ultimate frisbee, hiking, and writing music.

Namita earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Georgie State University. She is certified in Vestibular Therapy, LSVT BIG and dry needling. She loves working with spine disorders, post op conditions, geriatric patients, and Parkinson’s disease. Namita enjoys spending her free time traveling, hiking and jamming to music with her 10-year daughter and husband.
Elizabeth earned her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University. Elizabeth has experience in joint manipulation, pregnancy and postpartum care and sports medicine. She has advanced training in vestibular rehab and postural restoration and holds a certification in Dry Needling. Elizabeth is very passionate about helping people improve their quality of life by maximizing their physical abilities and empowering them to reach their goals. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, running and volunteering to rehab postpartum athletes return to their sports."Exercise is a celebration for what your body can do."
Lindsay's experience as a caregiver for clients with neurological conditions inspired her interest in physical therapy. Her zeal for health and fitness and joy for teaching led her to earn her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from GateWay Community College. She also has her BA from the University of the Incarnate Word. She has experience working with neurological and orthopedic patient populations and is working towards becoming specialized in aquatic therapy, biomechanics, and pediatrics. Lindsay enjoys trail running, camping, and gardening with her husband in the beautiful Arizona desert.
Andrew received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University in 2018. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Baylor University in 2021. Andrew has a passion to help people manage their pain and return to the things they love. He has experience in the assessment of musculoskeletal conditions and post-op rehab. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing with his dog, watching movies with his wife, and taking long Sunday afternoon naps.

Negative experience: Warning* If i could give zero stars, I would. I arrived early, was called back late, never saw the actual physical therapist, called that same day to tell them I was using another therapy center and asked if I owed for the evaluation. I was told it was all covered and I did not owe, only to receive a bill 4 months later. The lack of knowledge from staff and the misleading information they provided, is a horrible business practice. Take your loved ones to any other Physical therapy center than this place.

Negative experience: My experience at this particular location was poor. The PT that did my eval did not complete it thoroughly, strength test etc and this is verbally verified by another PT at the Maricopa location. How do you not complete an Eval? How do you ethically submit this to insurance or FMLA claims? Also, the Eval was not sent to my Orthopedist. My therapy started on time but ended early not receiving the full 60 minutes as I felt they didn’t know what to do with me. I pay $60 as a co-pay and expect my full 60 minutes and I’m sorry you don’t have enough tools in your toolbox to treat me for a full 60 minutes. They see 2 people at a time and unable to monitor your technique and are given more rest than actual exercises. I’m disappointed in this place and outpatient therapy as a whole and being a therapist myself I have very high expectation and unfortunately there are a lot of people out there going here and don’t know better. People walk around and practice their gold swings and chat amongst themselves and as long as Star Wars is playing on the TV all is well at this clinic.

I had a Right Knee Total Replacement work with Kyle and Jenn & Bob Wow such professional Therapist im at my 4 week mark im doing Amazing and im walking with out a walker yaaaa I Love 360 .

Fantastic experience: 360 Physical Therapy is a great place. Both therapists that worked with me were very nice and helpful. The place is very organized with good equipment helping so many people heal and strengthen from accident injuries. I'm so happy my doctor referred me there for PT after my accident. I enjoyed all of my sessions and will miss going there now that I am finishing up. Thanks so much James and Bridget for all of your great support! The ladies in the front were very helpful and I appreciate each of them.

Fantastic experience: I went to 360 Physical Therapy in Chandler and worked with Dr. Moss for a shoulder/labrum issue. He helped rehab me back to where I am wanting to be, which is lifting weights without pain and just doing all activities of daily life pain free. 10/10 would come back here again.. I hope I don’t have to, because that would mean I’m injured or something, but If that happens again I know I’ll be in good hands.

Negative experience: Update: I have called several times in an attempt to resolve this issue and have been told several times that "someone" will call me back within a day to speak to me about it. No one has called. And now, I am receiving bills for services not rendered. Horrible business practices here! People do not come here when they are at their best so it is shocking to be met with condescending and cynical behavior by the staff. They start treatment late, then tuck you away on a "warm up" for 20 minutes leaving very little time for actual PT. They book two people at a time for one therapist so if the other person needs more direction/attention you are pushed to the side with exercises not being monitored.

Negative experience: Terrible experience and all due to having to go to an over scheduled location because that's the "preferred" insurance provider. My 14yo daughter injured her hip during gymnastics. It's not the first injury or time we've gone to PT. This experience is the worst though. First, there are no pediatric sports therapists that are "preferred" so we went with a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He did an exam and barely gave any restrictions or what she's allowed to do and gave her 3 exercises that take her less than 5 minutes a day. Her other sports PTs have given her actual PT to do outside of appts. Then, he didn't schedule the first appt until over a week and a half out.. And one appt a week. Then, today, her said he'd reevaluate her and give more difficulty PT. We showed up to today's appt and he left for the day. Nobody called, nobody else could see us and they only have one appt for the next week. With anybody... we even asked if there was anybody else that she could see and they said no. The one appt on Monday, we can't do. Finally, of she wants to miss school on Wednesday they said they could fit her on. Mind you, we are in the office and nobody called, as I'm starting at a sign that says if you miss your appt you'll be charged $25 I found it ironic that the DPT was just not there and nobody notified us and she couldn't see ANYBODY else. Now, she's got another week of gymnastics that she can't participate in, another week that she isn't actually getting any benefit from PT, and a meet next weekend that has already been paid for and that we can't get a refund for that she won't participate in. HORRIBLE experience. Thanks insurance.

Negative experience: Rude front desk staff. Predatory billing and copay collection. Unwilling to actually check insurance benefits when asked. Would not recommend this location, go to foothills sports medicine instead.

Negative experience: Office has bad atmosphere. There's constant bickering and complaining at the front desk involving both PTs and admin. It sets the tone for your entire visit and doesn't create a safe space for healing and recovery. This is the 2nd time I've tried them due to their location. I left then (approx 4-5yrs ago) because of the hostility and it hasn't changed since then. My therapist was friendly while in the treatment area and seemed knowledgeable. Neither the location nor therapist was enough to keep my healthcare dollars going to 360. I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. If Chandler lines are busy you are transferred to another location that has access to Chandler information. You are never ignored. The Chandler front desk is very helpful, courteous and even fun to talk to. My physical therapist Charles is the best ! He knows you are there to recover and work towards healing. Unlike other therapist I've encountered at other PT locations he and the other Chandler therapists know you are not there for athletic training but are there for THERAPY. They are knowledgeable, caring and fun ! It doesn't have to be a bad experience going to therapy and won't be if you go to this location !

Fantastic experience: Very very bad experience. Over the phone it’s almost impossible to pay a bill I received. Came in person to the Chandler location, complained to Nate, who acted like if he didn’t hear anything I say!!! So horrible horrible customer service!!!!

Fantastic experience: My name is Catherine Forrest my mom is a patient at 360 physical therapy Becky and Kat had been 2 of my mom’s therapist but I have to say the care they have given my mom they have not only strengthened her physically they have emotionally helped her threw so much they have helped to bring her back to her old self before she had fell and broke her femur and hip it’s been 5 months since her accident and I believe 3 months of PT 2x a week and Becky has pushed her to be back to her old self it’s been the biggest blessing as a caregiver watching my mom become more independent thanks to this facility

Fantastic experience: Just started physical therapy at 360 a few weeks ago. I've already noticed a difference in my level of pain and it has become much more manageable. Fabian is my therapist and he's awesome; very professional and informative about the techniques he uses. The whole staff has a great attitude and you leave feeling like you're actually making progress towards your goals. Would highly recommend to anyone that is considering physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: 360 is one of the best physical therapy center in Arizona. My mother-in-law had many session here for issues with her neck and she received excellent care here. Mouly was very compassionate and allowed my mother-in-law to restore lots of her movement in her neck.

Fantastic experience: I had a total knee replacement done over 3 weeks ago. I chose this company because everyone I talked to that had gone there before was happy with the therapy they received. Both my surgeon and my primary care physician really like this company also. Thanks to Alan and Cecelia I've progressed really quickly and I am close to full range and no longer using the walker. They are professional aware and kind. I really appreciate them

I highly recommend this organization/business, the scope of their treatments seem to cover every need.
Fantastic experience: After I had spinal surgery I came here to help regain function & feeling back to my leg. I worked with a therapist named Dan H. He was very patient & helped me so much. I whined constantly & while I'm pretty sure he wanted to tell me to shut many more times than I can count, he never did. He had a great sense of humor and laughed a lot with me. He was very encouraging and helped me get thru the sometimes excruciating sessions. When we first met I told him I'd probably need him to be the type of therapist that would push me harder than I wanted & he remembered my telling him that & did so. I'd met my out of pocket maximum with the insurance that year so I wanted to get in as much therapy as possible before years end. He and the rest of the staff worked with me to see I was able to get as many sessions in before the new year started. When I realized my new insurance was going to make PT impossible to afford after the new year they made sure I knew exactly what to keep doing at home to make sure I got as much function back as possible in my leg. I'm very appreciative for all their hard work, patience and the overall excellent care! I'd highly recommend this facility if you're needing physical therapy. If it's for your low back ask for Dan.

Positive experience: The same as any other physical therapy, only with a small personal type pool.
Negative experience: I went here after my doctor referred me for a sprained ankle. I told the therapist that my ankle had been swollen and discolored for a while and she told me that was usual. Every time I left my sessions my ankle hurt worse. Decided to go to a professional (podiatrist) since my therapist apparantely wasnt and come to find out my ankle was broken. The physical therapy just made it worse. Waste of time and money at this place!

Negative experience: Worst customer service..Billing people are not knowledgeable..they told us they accept our insurance and keep sending us bills as ur insurance r out of network..we called billing and again they said your insurance is in network and still keep sending bill as out of network.. we ended paying bills even though we would have not be paying bills as we already reached out of pocket max in in network coverage..even after paying bills in full they keep sending bills..we called and billing customer was soooo rude..will not recommend this location to anyone..
Positive experience: This location has a pool which is a bonus since most PT places don't. The therapists are very friendly and really care about their clients. However, they are super busy and you often have to wait for next steps since your therapist is help 2-3 others. Another therapist can't help you since you are only dedicated to one person unlike other PT places I've been to where all the therapists help all the patients. Also, I wish they used other therapies such as tens units, ultra sound, or massage. I've been for PT after 3 different surgeries and never had or saw those being used.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Lockwood is awesome. If you are a cyclist, or suffered a cycling injury, I would highly recommend her.
Negative experience: Poor customer service.
Positive experience: Great staff and service. They're volume is heavy so you don't always get five star personal observation and recommendations.
