Restore Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: It’s hard to take care of yourself postpartum, but this was something I knew ahead of time I wanted to prioritize after my second baby. I immediately felt comfortable just telling her all about the problems I was having. Jessica was so thorough in finding out just what I needed and even addressed issues that were unresolved after my first birth! It was amazing to have someone care enough to actually listen to my concerns and look for the root cause of the issues. She was even kind enough to work around my 2 kiddos when they came with me to my appointments! I would absolutely see Jessica again and think it would be hard to find care like this somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Love Jessica and the work she does with pelvic floor care! She has helped me with muscle pain so I can continue to have mobility with my workout training in Pilates and strength. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: VERY EFFECTIVE results. This therapy is worth every bit of time, energy and money that I put into it. This is one of the best investments I have ever made in myself and my health. The therapy sessions are professional and effective, and Jessica takes the time and patience to work with me to help me correct my issues; she is very knowledgeable and provided me with a great deal of information. I am in my late 60s, and surgery had been recommended for me, but I have been able to substantially correct my pelvic floor issues thanks to Jessica. I wish I had started my therapy with her years ago.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jessica is absolutely wonderful! I started going to her roughly 6 months postpartum after having some issues for pelvic floor physical therapy. After just 4 visits with her I feel so much better. She is kind and easy to talk to considering the issues are deeply personal. I never felt embarrassed to talk about anything with her. The exercises/stretches she prescribed worked wonderfully. She taught me things to continue to do. I will be going back for her during my next pregnancy for sure. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Jessica for all your physical therapy needs! She really listens to what you are struggling with and want to improve. I went to her 2 months postpartum after a long difficult pregnancy and with in 4 months she had me feeling better than ever. At first I thought she would only help with my pelvic floor pain but she has also helped me with my posture and strengthening skills. With all of this I am able to take care of my family better and I cannot thank her enough for it!
