Fantastic experience: The staff at ANR are amazing. All of them. Everyone I worked with was kind, skilled, caring and helpful. I felt right at home there. They successfully weaned me off of my walker and helped me with some cognitive issues. I highly recommend this place.

Positive experience: 4 visits, 4 different therapists. All though were all helpful in their own way, I'm kinda feeling like I'm a hot potato or that I offended them. I know that there is a file on me so they all can keep up or that anyone can work with me, but come on. I've had electro stimulus and felt it was helping, but it was only done by one therapist.

Fantastic experience: The staff I worked with was wonderful. The therapists listened empathetically and really cared about helping all their patients thrive. The front desk staff is amazing too! They are so super busy, but Hailey remembers literally everyone by name, and are willing to work with you and accommodate communication that works best for you. The whole staff works super hard and are kind and patient through it all.

Fantastic experience: I was treated with respect at all times. All therapists were knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. Their approach to therapy showed that they were well trained to treat patients with neurological deficits.

I had two strokes and with the therapy and recovery care given you would never known I had two strokes. Excellent service. Again, I personally highly recommended ANR. The staff has extensive expertise, relevant experience and use many productive activities and exercises. I truly appreciated their positive attitudes and supportive encouragements. I contribute my successful recovery (from wheelchair to jogging) to the outstanding services I received at ANR.

Negative experience: Don't go here if you want good care. Save yourself the frustration. Total lack of communication and when you are told "we want you to get the very best care" it is an untrue statement. ****update ****Still haven't received my refund since my insurance processed the claim and it has been since September. Have left messages for billing and Jennifer but no response. Do you withhold all refunds? Finally received my $6.00 refund after more than 6 months and my insurance had to contact them to get my $ Shame on you!

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists at Advanced Neurologic Rehab have been fantastic. I have been working primarily with Brandon and Maddie, and both physicians have been attentive and have been patient while I ask a million questions. I highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just got started with the therapists at ANR-Chandler. I am in the third stage of SPS and struggle daily with constant muscle stiffness, spasms, Fatigue and overall reduced quality of life. Prior, I have worked with several PT’s, none that were familiar with my diagnosis, but they all tried to help me. One encouraged me to seek God, I will be forever thankful to her (YB). The team at ANR understands and is focused on Neurologic physical recovery. In a short time I have done more physical activities at ANR than I could with any prior PT. ANR has the safety equipment that eliminates my fears of falling during an exercise. I believe God led me to ANR and is guiding the PT’s/OT’s that work with me. In time, through God’s Grace, I will improve. Thank you ANR! May God put his hands on all the patients you care for, bringing them the healing and peace they deserve. John

Positive experience: A very positive experience. This group uses a strong team approach for planning the care of their patients. Friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic experience: ANR has many fine aspects: friendly check- in folks who quickly know you,,open the door for you and aid scheduling to suit you. We had rotating PT therapists all good Kayly and Conner kept watchful eyes to avoid trouble and were alert to issues. Speech therapist McKinly was excellent, kind, patient and so very friendly. My wife, her patient, enjoyed her sessions and progressed.

Fantastic experience: Excellent planned therapies offered each week for my needs. All therapists I work with are well trained New therapist Maddie is an asset to the group. She gave me new tricks to help with my dizziness and a neck traction treatment that really helped. All front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Love this treatment center!

Fantastic experience: I had vertigo and was very concerned! Caitlyn at ANR was able to use the maneuver to correct this. It made a big difference and I haven't had any problems since.

Negative experience: My daughter has been going for months and made great progress til Monday! When we got a call that they are not contracted with Blue Cross now. We need to pay out of pocket and bill blue cross out of network. $150 a session. Unless we don’t use insurance and pay for 30 sessions, it’s $100 a session thru the discount program. They can have me pay $100, but insurance gets billed $150 and I can’t get the $100 rate if I submit claim to insurance under the discount program. This is so wrong. My daughter is a single mom, unemployed, and disabled from a brain injury. Shame on this organization that my daughter can no longer attend! As insurance will not reimburse $150 and my daughter can’t afford it!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Caitlin Kirchhoff is very friendly, read my statement on paperwork and listened to my explaining of my case patiently. Inspected the status of my recovery very carefully and then made a good decision. I appreciate her professional spirit.

Fantastic experience: I have felt myself improve so much since coming to ANR Chandler. after suffering 2 bad strokes I was referred here. The PT therapists are really amazing. They take their time with me and really push me to get better and stronger which I definitely have. I thought I would never be able to walk hand in hand with my husband again and I’m proud to say I can do that now. Main therapists for me are Caitlin and Conner-love them ! which I could come every day. I have become more independent and everyone notices it. We definitely work hard but have fun while doing so. At ANR you are also taught things you can practice at home. I would give more stars if I could no regrets choosing here they are the best 5+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all of the staff are great! You feel welcome as soon as you walk in

The PT, OT, and Speech therapy services that he has been receiving from ANR for almost a year now have improved his mobility, safety, and clarity. The front desk staff makes him feel welcome when he arrives and has good communication regarding scheduling. Fantastic experience: Definitely a "5" STAR! This review is for the location in Gilbert. I had an appointment on 01/30/24 and I thought the evaluation and exam was superb and verrry thorough! Emily Derwin was excellent at gaining background information before the exam began and before any assessment was made on what was causing my dizziness (vertigo). Emily was training two other employees during my visit and providing them with great guidance and leadership. Emily explained all the techniques that would be used during the exam and completely put me at ease. Emily explained that the cause of the vertigo could have been an inner ear infection that I was treated for about a month and a half prior. Emily explained that the brain "remembers" that it is dizzy during certain movements like bending over and rolling over in bed or getting up quickly from a lying position. Sometimes the brain causes the dizziness after being dizzy consistent during a 3 month period. Emily explained that repeating certain steps over and over even though you feel dizzy could eliminate this issue because eventually the brain realizes it shouldn’t be dizzy. Kind of a heard concept to wrap your mind around. The condition where dizziness is caused by the brain even after the initial cause goes away is called "Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness" or "PPPD." I believe this is exactly the condition that I had. My brain needed to hear nothing was wrong... and remember that it could do certain activities without dizziness. Prior to the appointment with ANR, I had been trying to do this on my own. I had started to play fetch with my dog where I had to bend over repeatedly to pick up a ball off the ground and then look back up quickly. I was telling myself… “You are not dizzy.” Then when Emily stated that PPPD” could be my issue, my brain believed it. I felt amazingly better after the appointment with Emily. After meeting with ANR, I was a bit skeptical for a while assuming the dizziness would come back. However, I haven’t noticed any bothersome dizziness. This is a dramatic improvement for me and truly a miracle because I had suffered from severe vertigo since September of 2023 and until my appointment on 01/30 (over 4 months). Prior to my appointment I was taking Meclizine 3 times a day without complete relief. I haven’t had to take any Meclizine since my appointment. I can't be more pleased with my visit with Emily Derwin, she is a highly skilled, competent, and positive doctor and provided EXACTLY what I needed and was key in my healing (or brain reprogramming). I just want to do a shout out to the rest of the staff at ANR as well... everyone that I saw and spoke to was very POSITIVE and HAPPY and looked like they were having fun and enjoying their jobs. WAY TO GO ANR TEAM! Woohoo! :)

Fantastic experience: All therapists and office staff that I have met are friendly and considerate. Exercises focus directly on my major issue, which is balance. They also ask me for specific activities that cause difficulties in real life and offer help for them.

Positive experience: Brought husband in after stroke. They started working in his hip not what we was there for He needs a hip replacement. Again nothing to docwoth stroke. They put weights on both legs remember bad hip . When we left he could barley walk buy night the pain in feet was so bad due to the heavy weightsn we was in the hospital. The pain lasted a.good week. I called and canceled appointments and they said 2 twice they haveamage call us. Never heard word. Finally cancel all appointments and again said they call us. No call if concern. We we not there to have them work on bad hip needs surgery they just made it worse. We have papers.from hospital they should never done that.
