I heard many good things about Stonehill before moving here. I have been very happy at Stonehill. The atmosphere is professional. The spirit of St. Francis permeates everything here. There are wonderful social workers and a very friendly atmosphere. Since I’m not able to be at home, this is an excellent substitute.

I love so many things about Assisi. I have made good friends and everyone feels like family. I appreciate having the chapel in our building and having daily mass right here. I also am grateful for living in a beautiful, secure building.

I came across the country, walked into Assisi Village, and immediately felt at home. I saw beauty and warmth everywhere, in the people and in the place itself. Come and see what I saw, and you’ll know, too, this is home.

Fantastic experience: Both of my parents moved to stonehill a year ago, my dad passed away about 6 months after moving in. The staff there were so supportive and helpful to me and my family, but exceptionally supportive to my mom! Tamisha or (Tammy) as my dad called her, was exceptional with the hearfelt attention she gave my dad. Sheila VanGordon, the social worker was unbelievably helpful, and continues to help me with everything! I want to thank all the staff for all their kindness and exceptional care.

Fantastic experience: Great place for rehab, occupational therapy and physical therapy. Lots of socializing or solitude if you want. Not the quietest place at night but it might depend on where you are. Most of the staff is doing a good job.

Fantastic experience: Facility has a good variety of equipment an excellent staff and is usually not crowded. Special classes are held for those who want to pursue them. There's an adequate number of treadmills and newsteps there are also has an indoor walking Track that is rubberized.
