Stonehill Wellness Center

All Caregiver Resource Center activities are free unless otherwise noted. Many activities are available for either in-person or virtual attendance. The Stonehill Wellness Center includes treadmills, elliptical and NuStep® machines, recumbent bikes, and a full range of strength and circuit equipment. There is also an indoor walking track, group fitness classes for all abilities, educational sessions, a HydroWorx® 2000 underwater treadmill therapy pool, and sauna. The HydroWorx pool and sauna are available to the public for appointment-based walking times during staffed hours. To set up a pool orientation, call the Center.

Massage Therapy is available for members. Appointments are available on Mondays and can be made by calling or texting Massage Therapist Mary Reeg at 563.542.0244. View the flyer.
