UnityPoint Clinic Urgent Care - West

Fantastic experience: I walked in at 2:15 and walked out at 2:50. Checkin was quick and efficient. I waited maybe 10 minutes after that to go back and that process was very streamline also. I needed some medications, those were sent to my pharmacy and were ready to pick up as soon as I got there, no delays.

Fantastic experience: I had to come to this urgent care late on a Sunday evening from a sinus and ear infection, but was admittedly a little hesitant due to the 2.5 star rating at the time. Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor caring for me, was extremely pleasant and helpful. They took great care of me with medicine and steroids in their facility to help me through the night until the pharmacy opened. I would definitely recommend this place!
