Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at In Motion Therapy! I loved the whole body approach and all the exercises I learned that I have in my 'toolbox' now. From my first appointment, Jana encouraged me that my body is meant to move, when I was discouraged that activity might make my symptoms worse. I have been back to running and I'm beyond excited to be an active parent to my daughter. Jana truly is an expert in her field and I'm so grateful I went to In Motion Therapy. I'd encouraged anyone curious about the benefits of physical therapy to go to In Motion first!

Fantastic experience: MAGICALLY GENTLE and effective therapy here!! I've had TMJ Disorder problems since high school. Mostly it is well controlled, but with a recent bad flare I was reccomended to PTA Cory and I couldn't be more grateful! I'm accustomed to deep tissue therapies because of my joint hypermobility, but Cory's soft tissue work is MAGICAL. Just a few visits and my pain is nearly gone. #blissful and a great personality to match. Everyone is so kind. I look forward to going to PT at InMotion.

Fantastic experience: Anita, Corey, and the rest of the team at In Motion Therapy are absolutely AMAZING! I have experience with many Physical Therapists through out my life with both Essentia Health and St. Luke's Hospital systems. Without a doubt, the team at In Motion Therapy, is the best I have ever experienced. From my first appointment, I experienced relief and continue too. They listen to your body to best treat you not just follow a corporate check list on tasks they have to do before the next. I will only seek my physical therapy needs from In Motion Therapy moving forward. Their care and focus on the patient is phenomenal. You definitely feel like an individual with their care and not a number on a chart.

Fantastic experience: As an independent physical therapy (PT) clinic, In Motion needs and wants to see their clients improve with their new, non-traditional PT methods. When patients don't improve after TRADITIONAL PT at places affiliated with a medical facility, they refer you to the surgeon, pain clinic, etc. Have been with In Motion for many, many years due to longterm issues. Would not be functional without them. Have referred my family and friends and all have improved and been very happy with them. Try them, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: After spending thirty years seeing many types of specialists fro neopronoun surgeons to massage therapists and much in between, I stumbled across In Motion Therapy. When I could hardly walk 1 block, quit running, travel - all the things that I love to do, I am back doing them and am more active than ever. In Motion Therapy uses a simple and evidence based approach to settle inflamed nerves which are what causes muscles to tighten leading to a wide range of mobility issues. Simple but effective. We have a 50-50 relationship where I exercise right (under there guidance), eat right, and receive state of art therapy. I am now living the active life that motivates me at 67 yrs old ( climbing mountains, multi- day backpack trips, canoeing, and yes, running. These folks are beyond 5 stars!!
