Fantastic experience: Alex and his team are exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to physical therapy and remarkably kind when it comes to making you feel comfortable during your appointments. If you want to get to the bottom of what may be affecting the proper movement of your body, this is the place to be???? Both my son and I have done physical therapy at other places and HWPT is the only clinic where we don't feel like we are going through our sessions blindly, without any understanding as to why we are stretching or strengthening a specific part of our bodies...and we absolutely love the different types of therapies used here. From soft tissue massage, cupping and ultrasound therapy, to name a few, most times feel like I am at a spa and not at physical therapy...lol☺️ I love the holistic approach to healing oneself that I've learned here and I'm able to take that with me and continue my PT at home. What can I say?...Alex and his team are AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience here! I had lipo last month. Alex gave me a really good lymphatic massage and he is sooo knowledgeable about his craft! Passionate! Love it when people LOVE what they do! He was very personable. I immediately felt comfortable. This is one of my new health care centers!

Fantastic experience: The best Physical Therapy office that I have ever experienced, where the patients comfort and needs definitely comes first. The staff gives amaizing personal attention and are very sensitive to every little detail. Alex and his staff are extremely well versed in all aspects of the human body and are very good at recognizing the root of your pain and use very unique hands on methods to give you fast, long term relief. Also incredible Cupping therapy and Soft tissue massage that is super relaxing! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: The physical therapist, Alex Kade, and all of his staff, listen to their patients and work with their individual needs as they help and get to the origin of your pain or ailment. I highly recommend Health & Wellness after knee and hip replacements, as I believe your range of motion and overall recovery would be enhanced. I have had numerous surgeries, including ACL reconstruction, over 40 years ago. I had my knee replacement 12 years ago, and believe if I had come to Alex, my recovery would have been so much better! So, having gone to PT for 45 years, I finally have found a special place, where caring, knowledgeable people work with the entire body to make you a healthier person!

Fantastic experience: Health and Wellness Physical Therapy is a NJ hidden GEM. I can't say enough about Alex Kade and his team. They offer the perfect combination of traditional and holistic therapies. I've been doing PT for probably 15+ years at various places in NJ and Manhattan and I FINALLY found my place! I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and other ailments, which can be very debilitating. Alex immediately understood my situation, not only physically, but mentally and has given me PERSONAL SUPPORT and HOPE. His center has done more for me in a few months, than any other doctor in over a decade. At other places, I felt like I was on an assembly line with minimal "hands on" therapy. Another BIG difference between Health and Wellness PT compared to other's is that I've never met the owner. They were always in a back office or not even on-site. It's extremely rare to find a practitioner like Alex who takes the TIME and gives INDIVIDUAL attention to every patient. His intelligence, dedication, down-to-earth personality, strong work ethic, great sense of humor and positive energy is UNMATCHED. The services listed on the website is beyond impressive and the environment is extremely welcoming and supportive. A spa-like atmosphere with scented oils, dimmed lighting, privacy and relaxing music is a BIG BONUS!
