Fantastic experience: I wish I had found Emily sooner. She has helped me faster in the first two weeks of PT than the months of extreme arm pain I had been experiencing due to fluid retention after a partial mastectomy and several lymph nodes were removed. Emily listens to my concerns, questions, and feedback as she is working on me and always has a response that helps me to understand along with repairing the problem. I highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for help in Breast Health Therapy.

Fantastic experience: My therapist Hayden Ray has been the best PT I've ever experienced. He is extremely knowledgeable and always takes time to answer my questions. His positive outlook and great personality are another great attribute. I would also like to acknowledge how friendly all the ladies at the front desk are. Fantastic experience: When searching for Physical Therapy care for our daughter after her surgery, we did not want to travel far and just so happened to locate this gem. Being in close proximity is definitely a bonus, but is not a factor we would consider above all things if we did not have a great experience. The facility is so spacious and clean and all of the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They engage with my daughter in a manner in which she feels she is being treated as individual. Very grateful to have found Spooner in Chandler!

Fantastic experience: The staff at this spooner’s location are exceptional. They are genuinely compassionate, caring and truly are dedicated to helping people with disabilities to get better. Staff is 100% professional in providing services and friendly toward patients. I feel blessed and extremely thankful to Emily my lymphedema therapist that she is able to help me. She is wonderful, knowledgeable and caring toward my illness with neck cancer surgery and has made my health issues more tolerable. I would be lost without her treatments.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Kenzie for being an amazing therapist throughout my time at Spooner East Chandler. I saw her for over a year as she helped me rehab my shoulder, bicep, and a concussion. She always listened to my goals and came up with ways to help me achieve them. Even through setbacks kenzie always had a plan to help get me back where i needed to be. i owe it to her that i was able to get back to my sport after shoulder surgery when people were telling me i wasnt going to be able to come back in time for season. Kenzie never made me doubt i would be able to get back to playing soccer and doing all the things i love. kenzie does such a phenomenal job and i would recommend her and the team at spooner east chandler to anyone!! Thank you for everything you have done for me and I appreciate you!!!

After only 2 visits I felt instant relief from nerve pain that used to shoot down from my shoulder through my arm and to my hand. I had a DMX , 17 lymph nodes removed and reconstruction. I started physical therapy with Emily 3 weeks after surgery and it has helped immensely! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I'm just starting my PT journey at Spooner after shoulder surgery. I choose Spooner prior to surgery after visiting the facility. This location has only been open for a year. It's very clean, open and has all kinds of equipment plus close to my home. Front desk staff is super friendly and on top of appoints. I've been working with therapists Kenzie and Aaron. Both are friendly and caring. My concerns and questions are taken seriously. Exercises are explained in detail and print out provided if needed.

Therapist Emily was highly recommended by my radiologist - Emily and entire Spooner team did not disappoint...attentive, informative…wonderful balance of professionalism and warmth! Fantastic experience: My PT Kim is great. Healthcare is a constantly evolving system and PT is no different. Kim uses modern techniques along with a solid, hands on approach. Her assistant, Jaron is a great kid too. Just upbeat and very encouraging while I’m pushing through my exercises. Give them a call for easily an accessible appointment.

Fantastic experience: My therapist, Hayden Ray, is wonderful. My therapy for my total knee replacement is difficult, but the excellent care I have received at Spooner is making a huge impact on my recovery. I have been able to trust Hayden’s knowledge, but I also have been amazed by his patience and caring personality.

Fantastic experience: My son was born early but was quick to learn from the get go. He was rolling over at 2.5 months and trying hard to crawl. He needed a helmet to help with his head shape at 4 months old. Once the helmet was on he stopped moving and it began to show in his mobility. He was not hitting milestones and simply didn’t want to move with this helmet on. He leaned forward so far over his belly even without the helmet on it looked like he couldn’t support his own head. We started seeing the Spooner Team immediately as my husband knows first hand how amazing they are from the work they’ve done on him. We were stoked to hear they could help babies too. And boy could they. With their instruction and our dedication to the homework, our son was getting stronger instantly. He was hitting milestones within days of working with Emily AND with the helmet on. His posture is so much better. We joke that he’s grown super human strength from his time with Spooner. We couldn’t be more thankful for Emily. She was so sweet/great with our little guy and so informative with us parents. If you are even considering PT for your kiddo, call Spooner. Fantastic experience: I came to Spooner in a wheel chair with very little strength and mobility, but the PT I was introduced to was the right one for me. Jenna was encouraging, knowledgeable, kind, professional and caring! She and her Techs within two months had me out of the wheel chair! From there I begun doing things for myself that I was not able to do before. Including showering, dressing, shaving, combing my hair and all the other basic functions required for daily independent living and eventually driving myself to therapy. Jenna was a God send for me, she helped me be able to enjoy the things that I did before my injury including cooking, volunteering, golfing, fishing and traveling. I would highly recommend Spooner Physical Therapy and Jenna Rempe-Salbler for physical therapy needs. I will be forever grateful for the care and attention I received from the staff at Spooner!

Fantastic experience: Let’s be honest, no one likes to be injured. But if you need to go for Physical Therapy, Spooner is the place to go. The entire staff from the front desk to the therapist are awesome! Their new facility is state of the art with lots of room for exercises and plenary of tables for the therapist to work on you.

Fantastic experience: This is not about one experience, it’s about a culture that is built on care and community. I’ve had the privilege to be served by Spooner periodically for different bumps in the road. I believe this culture is centered around healing. Much like Mayo Clinic is different from other hospitals the sense that you are getting well is motivating to maintain the discipline for self help and prevention. I’m grateful for progress and have a ways to go but I’m hopeful and always believe my interest is highly considered. Recovering from West Nile virus put many of my muscle groups in atrophy. I’m stronger, more balanced, high functioning (walk, swim, bike) And my endurance has advanced thanks to Jenna my physical therapist and Morgan my technician and the many others who greet me. Fantastic experience: EVERYONE at Spooner is great. Beginning with cheerful hellos and greetings from all the staff when you walk in, every visit has been effective and efficient. They make sure you always know exactly what exercises you need to be doing. They watch your form to make sure what you are doing is correct and what your next exercise is so there is not a lot of dead time. They really listen and have always been able to find adjustments to exercises to maximize comfort. I have experienced big changes in a short amount of time and couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Fantastic experience: I am glad that I found this place for my physical therapy. Jenna and her team are very knowledgeable and attentive. I am also happy that the facility is well-equipped that I can perform my stretch properly.

Negative experience: Used to be a patient worked with them for almost 6 months was referred out when techniques didn’t work. Everyone there was really nice and professional what did work was the acupuncture and the chiropractic but I have called twice and requested a call back from the owner and have not heard back and it has been at least two weeks. Super disappointing and really wanted to get my acupuncture from them again but I can’t even get a call back. Have recommended at least 10 clients to them hopefully they get seen because once seen they do good work.

The entire staff from the front office to all the therapists and techs were awesome. Always friendly and helping you to push yourself to get the most out of your therapy. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Jenna Sabler for about 6 weeks now. She was very thorough in her first evaluation and my symptoms/cause were addressed. Because of the exercises and treatment I am receiving my symptoms have improved tremendously and I am making huge strides in therapy. So happy with Spooner PT and there whole staff for making my twice weekly visits so pleasant

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend spooner PT enough! I’m being seen to help rehab from a double mastectomy, I didn’t even know breast health PT’s existed before this! My PT and techs are Jenna, Morgan and Lauren and they are all always so kind and supportive. Jenna is my PT and does my stretches and massage, she always takes the time to answer any questions I have (which are always a lot haha) and is just a wonderful support in my recovery. I feel very lucky to have all of them and they’ve become a source of comfort through a rough time. I always leave feeling better than when I came in! And shout out to the front desk crew! Kathy, Cameron (and a blonde woman who’s name is slipping my mind at the moment unfortunately but is always so nice!), are so kind and welcoming ALWAYS and take the time to ask how I’m doing. They’re the best. I’ve never had PT before coming here, and they all just make it such a great and rewarding experience.

Very knowledgeable and work with you at your own pace. I came here for two different ailments (different time frames) and was delighted to be treated with respect, professionalism and friendship. There is a family vibe that speaks volumes about Spooner's culture which in turn translates into incredible patient service. 5 stars and then some!

Fantastic experience: March 2022...We originally posted our review in March of 2020 and are back 2 years later with another stellar review of Spooner East Chandler. Unfortunately, 2 years after our son's first knee surgery, he tore his other ACL and needed a second surgery. The silver lining was that we knew he had an amazing rehab team at Spooner. He has been working with Kim since that injury in September of 2021 and is making excellent progress. We are so grateful for Kim and the Spooner team for the quality care they provide for our son's leg, but also for the emotional support they provide during a tough, lengthy rehab. These injuries have been heartbreaking to watch as a parent, but we are so blessed to know he has the best PT team pushing him to get back to what he loves. Kim and the team make PT something to look forward to during a tough situation. The atmosphere at the clinic is unmatched and provides a welcome, supportive, and comforting environment. It is evident that the staff enjoy working together and they enjoy spending time with their patients. We've referred many people to Spooner East Chandler and everyone agrees with our rave reviews. March 2020...We highly recommend Spooner PT. Our son has been going for almost 6 months for ACL and meniscus surgery rehab. His primary PT is Pete who is not only knowledgeable, but also very friendly and gets to know his patients. No teenage athlete wants to be sidelined from what they love for a year nor doing rehab instead of playing. Pete has a great handle on the emotional part of recovery as well. Each and every person that work at Spooner are equally as positive, invested, and friendly. From Laura and Kathy in the front, to the techs in the back, and all of the PTs that work together so well to help their patients. It’s been a tough road, but we are grateful to have found Pete and the Spooner family.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Spooner Physical Therapy for several weeks. From the initial phone contact to every face to face visit, I have dealt with professional, friendly and experienced staff. My physical therapist, Kim, has been excellent at listening to me and shaping a therapy plan to best serve me.The listening part is very important to me. I appreciate that she always asks me how I am feeling and she really wants to hear my answer. She uses my information coupled with her education and experience to evolve my therapy sessions. I have also worked with two therapy technicians, Taylor and Adrian. Both assist me by keeping me on track with my exercises and encouraging me to work hard. Both are friendly, upbeat and professional.The facility is always clean, and the staff appear to be happy and collegial. I would be remiss if I failed to mention Kathy, the first smile you will see when you arrive. I would absolutely recommend Spooner to anyone looking for an excellent physical therapy experience.

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't want to go through this rehab with anyone other than Emily. Being an athlete, it's very frustrating not being able to do what I was once able to do. Emily has tremendous empathy for my situation and reminds me to celebrate my wins. She constantly challenges me but keeps my ego in check to avoid unnecessary injury. Her attention to detail and commitment to returning me back to my quality of life is unmatched. The entire staff creates an awesome environment to navigate what can often be an uncertain time. I would recommend anyone experiencing pain and swelling to schedule an appointment with her.
