Fantastic experience: I have been to Hopkins Health and Wellness for Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Massage. Everyone there is not only friendly and helpful but also very knowledgeable. Their goal is to improve your physical health so you can enjoy your life. The end goal is to get you to treatment “only as needed” through exercise and core strengthening. I have been to many Physical Therapists, Chiropractors and Massage Therapists over the years and they are the best!! And the only ones who did not want to lock me into long-term, ongoing, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly treatment. They want to “set you free” ..!!
