Ascend Rehabilitation offers inpatient, outpatient, and home-based rehab, transitional care, fitness, and wellness services for Twin Cities seniors. We strive to provide a comprehensive, compassionate continuum of care with dignity and respect for our clients through traditional and specialty offerings for seniors.

Fantastic experience: Christine and the OT team have been great with my mom. Their communication with me has been great and I have so appreciated their kindness and expertise. Thank you to all the OT/PT who played a part in my mom's increased mobility.

Fantastic experience: My Dad who is struggling with advanced Parkinson's was so lucky to receive support from Emily (SLP), Kaitlin (OT) and Troy (PT) while living at Village Shores. All 3 of them were so kind and conscientious when working with my Dad. Communication was thorough, timely, and very helpful. They showed great empathy and support to me as his sole caregiver and I just can't recommend or thank them enough!
