Fantastic experience: Active Spine and Sport are my "go to" if I have any ailments. They are great, know what they are doing and treat you like family. I am in my early 80's and had sciatica problems and have been in treatment for 14 sessions, 2 x week. I am now back to my normal routine of exercise 3 x week, walking and upper body strength. Fantastic experience: Re: torn meniscus, strained ACL, bruised knee bone...After the very first session with Patty David, PT, there was immediate relief from the totally tightened leg muscles surrounding my knee. The 9 sessions so far and the few simple home exercises have helped enormously after 3 months of pain before I could see Active Spine & Sport. (Couldn't get in earlier due to insurance hurdles which had nothing to do with Active Spine). Everyone from Philicia handling appts+admin, to Kristen the PT assistant, to M. and L. the interns and Sam, the chiropractic assistant/PiezoWave specialist, has been warm, caring, professional, easy-going, incredibly well-informed and patient. They listen to you and totally adjust to your particular situation. Obviously I don't ever want to need PT again but if I do, thank goodness I have a go-to place now!

Fantastic experience: I met with Patty David, PT today for the first time. I sought her out because she is trained in the McKenzie Method. I was very impressed with her evaluation and suggestions to improve my lumbar and cervical issues. I have issues throughout my spine so, a total body evaluation was important to me. I've already had may surgeries. I look forward to working with her and have no doubt that she will help me to manage my pain and get back to a regular exercise routine. I couldn't sit down without feeling discomfort, driving was a pain, laying down was bothersome and overall I could barely walk without feeling pain in my lower back. Dr. David has given me such relief from horrible headaches and daily pain. Fantastic experience: I was referred to ASST by a friend and had my first appointment today to correct an issue causing hip and leg pain. Patti did some deep massage and put together a set of daily stretches and Austin provided a PiezoWave treatment. Fantastic experience: I have been going for 3 weeks now I love Dr David's Healthy Zone Chiropractic method. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. Fantastic experience: I went to Active Spine and Sport Therapy after I tore my quad playing soccer. The team was amazing to work with and was very flexible with my schedule. I also saw great results from my treatments with the PiezoWave machine. This drastically helped my recovery to get me back onto the soccer field for my high school State Championship. I went to Dr. Dave after my second week and after four appointments my headaches are gone! Each appointment I got adjusted, taped and then ice and stem. It wasn't a quick fix but it is a lasting one.
