Fantastic experience: I’ve have had a couple of occasions to use Results @ Bees Ferry. One for bouts of vertigo that totally incapacitated me, and one for rehabbing a total knee replacement. On both occasions their compassion, treatment, and skill did the job for me. I’ll definitely use them again if needed, and enthusiastically recommend that you do the same.

Fantastic experience: Physical therapists were knowledgeable in guiding me in the exercises needed to regain range of motion left arm/shoulder. Ryan, James, and Alexis were always pleasant and helpful. I would use service again if needed.

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical that they would be able to help me with "bi-lateral patellar pain syndrome" aka "silly kneecap syndrome" but after about a month of 2/week sessions and following my "homework" routine, I'm able to effectively manage and minimize my pain/discomfort. We even identified another issue that was exercerbaring my problem and James kindly advised me on some stretches to help with that so I can continue my conditioning comfortably and safely. Their prices are very reasonable, they are easy to flexibly schedule with and I definitely recommend them. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The team at Results Physiotherapy has changed my negative paradigm concerning Physical Therapists effectiveness to a very positive impression. My primary therapist Alexis is very professional and knowledgeable with respect to my hamstring tear injury and a recommended course of therapy. In three weeks I have improved my knee flexion bend from 70 degrees to 108 degrees. The injured hamstring massages, stretching exercises, stepping and balance exercises have provided relief from chronic hamstring pain as we make consistent progress. When Alexis is not available, her colleague Ryan provides similar postive therapy support and results.

Fantastic experience: How fortunate I was to be recommended to Results physiotherapy in West Ashley for my total left knee replacement rehab. My physiotherapist, Ryan was exceptional. His care and concern to get me past the hardest, most difficult and painful days until I achieved successful range of motion and extension was comforting. I was ready to graduate at week 12. I certainly appreciate the attentiveness to my well-being and would definitely recommend Results physiotherapy. The entire staff are a cohesive team who are kind and most knowledgeable. Negative experience: I got a doctors note for PT for some issues with my shoulder and arm, decided to go to Results because it was convenient. I was reassured that I was covered through my insurance (only verbally, my mistake was not getting anything in writing or pressing for more information). I ended up getting billed straight through for everything, sometimes more than $400 a session! I didn't catch this issue soon enough, and had to pay over $2000 out of pocket. At the beginning of each session I was asked if I wanted to pay my deductible, which I would because I thought I was covered by insurance. The care was so-so, I eventually recovered after I stopped going. Recovery was more due to the passage of time than the specific therapies. Staff was friendly but very pushy to schedule appointments, which felt more like a cash-grab than concern for my well-being. My advice would be to double check insurance Explanation of Benefits and verify exactly what insurance covers before signing up for a PT regime. It's up to the patient to protect themselves, because a for-profit business will say whatever they can to keep you coming through their doors.

Fantastic experience: The therapists at Results Physiotherapy are knowledgeable and provide exceptional patient care in a comfortable and upbeat environment. Earlier this year, Kelsi Rock worked with me for an extended period to strength my knee, avoid unnecessary surgery, and helped me to get back to playing pickleball! She ROCKS. More recently, Ryan was very helpful working with me for several weeks to improve some leg and foot pain issues. I tell others how good it is to try PT first before considering major procedures! It has worked well for me to improve function and relieve pain. I recommend this Results Physiotherapy clinic to anyone seeking quality care!

Fantastic experience: My experience at results Physio therapy with Kelsi was such a delight she listens to you to give you the best information that you need to move forward. She genuinely cares about you and she showed me ways that I can improve my strength in areas that I needed. If I need to go back I will seek out Kelsi again because of the work that she did on my shoulder neck and back I am constantly improving.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Results Physiotherapy was amazing. I had biceps ruptured tendon in my left arm. After 6 weeks of being in a sling when I started PT I couldn’t use my arm, which is my dominant hand. Alexis worked with me! It was hard and I push through all the pain. She was very patient with me. I went about 2 months. Each day my arm got stronger and stronger. I worked with other therapist also and each time everyone was so pleasant to help me meet my goals. Whenever I would go I was greeted by name with a smile and a cheerful voice by Erica who work the front desk. I would recommend everyone to go there because they care about you like family. I graduated and was sent home with some exercise I could do at home.

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Kelsey. She is absolutely fantastic. She listens to what I need, gives me adequate time to move from space to space if I'm having trouble, and has good bedside manner/empathy. I am happy to stay with her long-term. That said, the entire staff has been fantastic. They are all considerate and kind. Even though they don't work with me directly, they take the time to get to know my name and talk to me casually and comfortably, creating an environment that makes the stress of PT lessened by enjoying the company. I have no complaints at all about my time thus far at Results PT.

Fantastic experience: I was preparing to get knee surgery but my orthopedic surgeon recommended I try physiotherapy first. The results were amazing. For the first time in years, I can now climb up and down stairs without pain and can delay surgery indefinitely.
