Fantastic experience: Adam is the best! I injured my leg while working out and he made sure to provide all the information I needed to prevent re-injury. He listened to what I said, asked the right questions and made me feel at ease. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and has great sense of humor. If you’re looking for the best PT, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: I had severe plantar fasciitis in both feet, along with a torn plantar fascia and stress fracture. Adam and his team worked with me so that I could stand, walk and return to my normal routines and activities. He focused on helping me be able to help myself, so that will know how to treat flare-ups and manage myself going forward. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will continue to use this clinic for any future needs.

Fantastic experience: I came to Adam for therapy on my wrist after surgery. I found his technique and approach to be kind and caring. He ensured I got what I needed from therapy without being overly aggressive with manipulation. I healed very quickly and have full ROM after a scaphoid fracture. I would definitely recommend Tried and True Physio to anyone needing a therapist!

Fantastic experience: Adam was awesome. I broke my femur and Adam helped not just rehab and get back to walking but i truly enjoyed my time and he helped me laugh and smile thru this unfortunate time. He treated me as a person and not just another person giving him money. While rehabbing he finds out who you are and makes the time enjoyable and gets you right back on your feet ( quite literally in my case). Hopefully i never have to come again because injuries aren’t fun but if i do Adam is the guy to go to. Thank you adam!
