Norma was born and raised in Batroun, a small city in northern Lebanon along the Mediterranean Sea, where she was involved in school gymnastics. Norma graduated from the Lebanese Physical Therapy School in 1993 and immediately started working in Beirut. Norma is certified as a Fitness Instructor by the Federation Internationale des Sports Aerobics et Fitness. While working as a physical therapist, she was teaching aerobic classes in Beirut. Norma spent a year in Paris, where she specialized in sports physical therapy at Paris V, René Descartes University and was certified in May 2001.

In her free time, Norma enjoys all sporting activities including skiing, hiking, running, cycling, practicing classic and aerial yoga, playing tennis, and golf. Norma’s athletic interests guided her to become a physical therapist. Her skills, 28 years of experience, and 30+ years of training allow her to treat all types of sports, work and personal injuries.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Physical Therapy by my doctor for bursitis in my left hip. I decided to go to Spine & Sport because it was conveniently close to home and they are open Saturdays too. I am so glad that I went. The staff is amazing!!! I've worked with all of the therapist there and each one of them are knowledgeable and very caring to help with getting you on the right track to feeling better. I've been to another location where they treated me like I was taking up too much of their time but this location never made me feel that way. I highly recommend this location. Great Staff, Convenient Hours, and Overall Great Environment.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to SDSS by my doctor for lumbar/sciatica pain. The facility was easy to find, parking is great. I was immediately welcomed by name and Norma started my PT process with me with positive direction and caring. I did not feel self-conscious or unable, affirmation and patience is clearly part of this facilities treatment of patients! 3rd appt. Josiah was amazingly helpful with knowledge and specific info for my personal condition, as well as extremely caring! This team gets the work for improvement out of you with a comfortable and secure environment.

Fantastic experience: I was made "patient of the week" for arriving on time and no cancelation. They are very nice and professional. I did not feel out of place or uncomfortable. I've been to physical therapy places where I cringe going back, but here I am able to get better in a positive and clean environment.
