Perform Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: Almost a year later and I still practice everything I learned at Performance PT! The team is very kind and knowledgeable, I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Trevor and it was nice to see that he cares about his practice so much and helped me understand my shoulder situation. I even had a massage session with Hannah and learned a lot in those 90 minutes. 10/10 highly recommended !!!

Claire and the team are great at working with a more active approach than traditional PT, and it made me get better faster! Highly recommend this team!

Fantastic experience: Perform PT helped me get through my first major injury. Being very involved in sports and physical fitness I've had my fair share of minor injuries. But once I tore my meniscus I knew that rehabilitating my knee would require sport specific physical therapy. I expressed my goals to Dr. Claire and we came up with a plan that met all my needs. In five months I was able to complete my rehab program, implement workouts tailored for me, and avoid surgical repair. During these five months I was also able to slowly reintegrate sports into my routine while being carefully monitored by Dr. Claire. Shortly after I suffered an injury to my ankle, and worked with Dr. Trevor who was able to get my back on feet as well. Aside from the personable and quality service, I really like the equipment and layout of Perform PT. Making appointments and keeping track of things is super convenient via the app that they use. Months later I still have access to all my exercises via the same app, which helps a lot for someone who's forgetful like me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Claire has done wonders for me! Suffered from shoulder problems for months. Felt like every time I was lifting something above my head in and out of the gym my arm was going to pop and had noticeably less strength than my other arm. Claire helped me each week to determine where I was struggling and would cater her plan to my exact needs. The rest of the staff are very friendly and the equipment is debatably better than my own gym. Would highly recommend Perform PT to anyone who has been suffering from similar mobility and strength problems!

If you’re dealing with injury, just went through surgery, or struggling with constant aches and pains that are getting in the way of living a life you love, investing in care from Perform PT will be absolutely life changing for you. Claire went above and beyond to advocate and help me get proper imaging so my doctor was able to diagnosis Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and conduct surgery to get me out of pain. Post-surgery, I saw Claire on a weekly basis and she was instrumental in my rehab and full recovery back to lifting, surfing, and living an active lifestyle. Perform PT has been some of the absolute best money I’ve spent this past year and I cannot say enough how grateful I am for Claire and her team. Invest the money for physical therapy with them, I promise you won’t regret it!
