Negative experience: I had a bad experience with a therapist, Shane, who did not listen to me or care to help me. It’s really unfortunate as I am still in pain. This clinic treated me like a number. I’m not even close to feeling better. I feel uncared for.

Fantastic experience: I have history with ATI Physical Therapy on Savage Rd. They helped me with a back issue to the degree that I gained strength and mobility. Then they helped me successfully recover from rotator cuff surgery 22 months ago. I have confidence in the knowledge and skill of each therapist to assist with my specific PT need at ATI on Savage Rd.

Fantastic experience: I've had good experiences at a few ATI facilities and the Savage Rd location is an especially good one. They have a nice, spacious facility that is clean and well maintained. I've always been well-greeted and I appreciate that they seem to operate on-time. My therapist, Caitlin, is very knowledgeable, personable and professional...and best of all, my activities there, and those that they prescribed for me to do at home, seem to have addressed my physical issue.

Fantastic experience: The diabetes girl (Emily) is great! She's the No Sugar Added lollipop that brightens my day! On days when my pain is killing me their pleasant attitude and knowledgeable professionalism really help. Big shout out to my physical therapist Julianna as well... I APPRECIATE YOU J-Dog your my physical therapy hero!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Sarah and she was wonderful. The place is very upbeat and they all make you feel at ease. My treatment with Sarah has helped my leg so much that I am sleeping much better with her help.

Fantastic experience: After presenting myself with neck pain and tingling in my hands. My therapist asked guided questions to reveal my problems. She then organized a plan to work on the support muscle groups to get me back functioning as I once did. It’s early yet, but I have already noticed some relief after two weeks of treatment.

Negative experience: The staff is awesome, I have zero complains…. But as a price … $330, $280 per session it’s unbelievable, also my insurance paid 80% and they had my card on file to charge the other 20% … so now they still want to collect 20% again, called customer services (in India) and she said the 20% collected wasn’t part of the payment. So what is that for ?

Fantastic experience: My therapy experience at ATI (Savage Rd) has been very good. After 6 weeks of therapy my mobility and balance are quite improved. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, even as patients are encouraged to push past limitations. No frustration, no impatience, just everyone working toward improvement. I have worked with a handful of the therapists there and they are all helpful. I'm grateful for this opportunity to get better.

My therapist, Julianna, is knowledgeable, understanding and really gets to know you to help you during your journey to feeling better. I have only been going for a short time but I can already feel a difference. I highly recommend ATI for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: As a frequent flyer, I can always count on the team at ATI to put me back together again. The team of therapist work together to improve my quality of life. No matter what I break or fracture they keep me moving. They love their jobs and It shows. No matter how hard they work me, they make it fun.

Fantastic experience: After tearing my ACL last June, I went through surgery and was recommended to go here for my physical therapy. Even before day 1, Alley was there to answer all of my questions. She even got on the phone to help me give my work some answers before my surgery even took place. This team has been such a huge support system for me these past 10 months and I'm so grateful to have gotten the chance to work with them as closely as I have. They truly want to see you get better and will always push you to do you best. A huge thank you to Alley, Rich, and Tim who were my main PTs during my recovery and a big thank you to everyone else who helped me along the way. This location truly has some of the kindest and most genuine staff and I would recommend anyone going here!

Fantastic experience: Groin injury. The staff here has been amazing through my recovery. I was very grateful that they explained their process and how it wasn't 100% about regaining strength in my leg on day one but also how activating the muscles around the injury could lead to decreased swelling and speed up the recovery process through increased blood flow. I mightve explained that all wrong but it doesn't change the fact that they have been great for me and I trust them whole heartedly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used this PT location for several rounds of therapy and always had excellent results. Most recently, I was working with Rich who is incredible. I’ve had a rough time pushing through my therapy. I jokingly told Rich I was more food motivated than anything. Rich brought in a small fishing pole and chewy candy, strung it together and dangled it a few steps ahead of me so I’d keep working toward my goal. What a great tactic! Thanks for all of your effort!

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving Physical Therapy on my right heel which has Achille’s tendinitis with retrocalcaneal bursitis. My physical therapist has done an excellent job with various procedures to lessen the pain & lengthen the tendon. I trust these folks.

Fantastic experience: I just completed my first 3 sessions of physical therapy for a broken ankle at the Savage Road ATI. My therapists seem excellent and committed to helping me meet my goals. They work in a team of two, and i wont be randomly assigned to different therapists. I’m very pleased with the therapy I’ve received so far at this ATI location.

Fantastic experience: Very prompt and courteous but best of all the staff was adaptive when they saw that the prescribed injury to my left knee could not be fixed until they addressed the old injury on my right side. It improved my mobility and disposition immensely.
