Sara is super helpful with scheduling and went above and beyond to help when I brought my daughter in with me. Emily is a grat physical therapist. She does a great job explain things and finding exercises that best help her patients.

This location and the one in North Charleston (Hunter) are operated with experienced and knowledgeable PT personnel that I feel quite comfortable recommending to anyone.

Fantastic experience: From the admin (Sarah) who is fantastic in coordinating billing and appointments to the amazing therapists they deserve more than 5 stars. I brought my daughter for a tibia fracture, then myself for elbow fracture. Dave Seagle was our PT and really works with the patient to meet their unique goals, and provides valuable tools and education

Fantastic experience: I was only able to be seen there 3 times until a medic Al situation caused me to put this on hold. Everyone there was great. I was making very good progress with David and I will go back as soon as my situation allows.

His knowledge is evident, and he consistently provides explanations along with each exercise, ensuring I have a thorough understanding. Cody dedicates time during our sessions to make certain I grasp the purpose and execution of each exercise. In every session, he inquires about my progress and addresses any difficulties I may be facing. Cody is not only friendly and approachable but also consistently prepared and ready for each session.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Carolina Rehab by my home PT after knee replacement. I improved to walking unassisted. Treatment and care plans were successful. Sarah works diligently to schedule as needed. Cody & Tom were my therapists.The friendly, personable atmosphere made the experience so much better. I returned for therapy of my ankle a few months later. I highly recommend David & his staff.

Fantastic experience: Would give Rehab Carolina 10 stars if I could. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by Sara who knows you by name. Almost all of my rehab thus far has been with David who has been wonderful. He is very personable, answers my questions, pushes me a little farther each visit so I can eventually get my range of motion back and varies my home exercise plan. Today was my 1st time to work with Tommy. I can already tell he deserves 5 stars too.

Fantastic experience: Rehab Carolina provides a very welcoming environment for my therapy sessions. Dr. Cody Porter has been great setting up my care plan and working with me during my sessions. The physical therapists have been excellent and have shown themselves to be very knowledge about the science behind what we are doing in our sessions and have been able to explain everything well to me. The entire staff and care givers (Cody, Sarah, Tommy, and David) are always willing to assist you and often engage in conversation which helps to create a very comfortable cordial atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I was rear-ended in a car accident and treated for various injuries. I had the good fortune to be sent to Rehab Carolina and begin P/T for recovery. I have been working with David Seagle whose knowledge, patience and guidance is outstanding - probably the best rehab therapy office I have ever been treated at. Sarah, at the front desk is an absolute delight of great interpersonnel skills and office skills that make each person feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you all. She has explained everything in detail for me so that I not only know how to execute the exercises correctly, but I also know WHY they help. Fantastic experience: David has been helping me for years with all my injuries. He has been able to me get back on my bikes and to life.

Fantastic experience: Primarily they learn all they can about your need for rehab (in my case serious arthroscopic knee surgery). In my case I learned that arthroscopic knee surgeries can take a few weeks before you are essentially back on your feet (a previous experience) where minor damage was easily repaired to major arthroscopic surgery that is just short of open knee surgery. I am older but still athletic and tend to push myself thinking more pain in my homework rehab is better. I started off hurting myself. REHAB CAROLINA, in a friendly and professional way, has explained what is happening physiologically in my knee and how to manage moving around and exercise at home while they very expertly have gotten my knee healing and my leg muscles in shape. I am grateful for REHAB CAROLINA and my surgeon because after a few weeks I can see I will be getting back to walking, running, basketball and biking soon. None of which I could do before surgery!
