Fantastic experience: Everyone at CSC has given me nothing short of the utmost respect, kindness, compassion, and professionalism! My provider, Blake has always made me feel comfortable at EVERY visit! The whole group treats me like a fellow human being and not once have I been treated negatively or as lesser of a person in the entire past year I've been a patient here. I moved here from another state and was DREADING just the very thoughts about finding a "new" provider to be as great as my previous pain management physician. My anxiety was in overdrive at the very thought of the whole process, trust me! I'm so grateful to be able to get my treatment here, and I highly recommend them to anyone who may have the same anxieties to seek treatment. Fantastic experience: I went into clean slate in full blown withdrawal and needing help in thee worst way . Just the night before I was at the. Local emergency room and was treated like a low down piece of garbage. But the. Social worker from the er gave me the info to clean slate and I'm so extreme glad she did. I walked in and was greeted with warm friendly smiles. The employees at clean slate really seem to have a passion for their work and genuinely care for people. I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. And not once not once at all looked down on. This entire office is amazing and. I can't say enough good things on how great I was treated.
