Fantastic experience: I find coming here with my soccer team has both improved me mentally and physically. During the workouts, the intensity and attention to detail is amazing. This also pushes me to work hard all the time. I also utilize their amazing recovery services, such as cupping, to help me feel my best for the next workout and game.

Fantastic experience: As someone who seems to get injured frequently in my adult hockey league its nice to have a go-to place to get treatment! Whenever I walk in the door my #1 Goal is to get back to playing the sports I love ASAP and there has been no better place to rehab than at One Nine. I have also worked with many of their PT's over the years and they all have given great treatment and more importantly had great communication with my plan and time expectations for recovery.
