Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Katelyn Means for a while now for feet and calf issues. I love Katelyn's approach to my specific issues: cupping and soft tissue work. She has kept me going when I didn't think I'd be able to walk, let alone run, any longer. Katelyn is patient, thorough, well-trained, willing to listen, and empathetic. I have tried many other PT offices over the years for various injuries, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Katelyn and Blue Water Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found Blue Water Physical Therapy and Katelyn. She is amazing! I had just moved here from Seattle after having my second surgery on my right foot. I am not new to physical therapy, I have had a lot of PT in the past. Since I was new to the area I was worried about finding someone who was as good as my old physical therapist. Thankfully I found Katelyn and Blue Water Physical Therapy. You can tell that she loves what she does and she is extremely knowledgeable. I looked forward to my treatments. I can't say enough about her. Thank you Katelyn, your awesome.

Fantastic experience: Blue Water Physical Therapy is the best, period, and alas I have had many PT experiences throughout the years. Katelyn developed a plan for my therapy and did an absolutely wonderful job implementing it, using the latest techniques to reduce my back pain and get me back into the water. The plan was dynamic, starting with baby steps and progressing to more rigorous exercises as my condition progressed and got better. I am absolutely thrilled with the results, and am back surfing Cardiff Reef after almost 2 years of being unable to surf due to severe back pain. Katelyn is not only a dedicated, proficient therapist, but a wonderful person. She has a caring personality and wonderful outlook on life. In the coming new year I will be back to see her to deal with my neck issues. She and Erin, the owner, are true gems. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME!

Fantastic experience: After two years of injury, and a knee surgery, healing seemed like an impossible feat. Katelyn Means was the pinnacle of my healing process. Her positive and shining spirit, knowledgeable treatment regimens and exercises - coupled with the calm and serene environment at Blue Water was integral to me gaining full use of my knee again. Not only did she help promote my physical wellness, but her technique and this practice were also imperative to maintaining mental wellness during a challenging hurdle.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Bluewater for a month now and the results of my therapy have been incredible! Kaitlin, my PT is awesome! After just one week of her explaining my injury and how to implement corrective movements in to my daily life, I noticed began noticing improvements! The staff is very nice, professional and the office is beautiful! Great view of the beach as well! Highly recommended!
