Fantastic experience: We’ve had a wonderful experience with Holy City Pediatric Therapy. From the moment we walk in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and truly invested in my child’s growth and development. The therapists are not only knowledgeable and highly skilled but also incredibly kind and patient. They take the time to tailor each session to meet my child’s unique needs and make therapy fun and engaging. Communication has been excellent—we always feel informed and involved in the process. Most importantly, we’ve seen real progress, both in my child’s skills and confidence. I can’t recommend this place enough to any parent looking for supportive, high-quality pediatric therapy.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Holy City Pediatric Therapy!!! We relocated to Charleston from Charlotte, NC and were so nervous about finding new physical & occupational therapists. Upon 1st contact, I was immediately impressed! Kierra was so professional, knowledgeable and guided me thru the entire intake process. Paige followed up with explaining our benefits and how the billing process worked. I was already pleased with my 1st impressions…BUT MY GOD was I blown away with my son’s therapy team!! EVERYONE that we’ve worked with have been truly amazing. They are caring and extremely competent in their work. They have studied my son and truly know how to motivate him. The entire environment is set up so that the children succeed!! My son has only been here for a little over a month but has made meaningful connections with the staff and other children. He’s also making tremendous progress in his therapy as well. Every time we leave therapy, I find that my face is hurting from smiling so much at all the wonderful things I get to witness. Thank you Sadie, Kristen, Kaylee, Liv and Emily for making our therapy days so much fun!! Thanks to the owners for bringing such amazing programs to the Lowcountry. Special shout out to the therapy dog, Griffin who loves on us parents just as much as he loves on the kids! Fantastic experience: I don't know what we would do without Kellye and her team, especially my son's OT Terra! We've been working with Terra for almost 5 years and it's been an amazing experience for my son, she's like family. We first met with Kellye when he was 3.5 and we just weren't sure what was going on but knew with guidance (and love) we could help him be his best self. Over the years he's learned so many tools to help with his impulse control, sensitivities, picky eating and emotions. Having Terra, Kellye and the rest of the amazing team available has been such a blessing for us and we are thankful for all they do everyday

Fantastic experience: As a PT student who completed an internship at Holy City Pediatric Therapy, I can’t say enough good things about the PT department (and OT and Speech as well!!). Shoutout to my awesome clinical instructor, Dusty Tolley, who is a genius at finding ways to engage kids in therapeutic activities and help them meet their goals. He always has innovative and creative ideas to keep each child working hard but also having so much fun in the process! You should definitely check out Holy City for any pediatric therapy needs you might have!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! The whole staff is great, professional, and very talented. Kiera always was responsive, helpful, and there for us. She is the face of the practice and it wouldn’t be such a pleasant place without her. Megan is very talented! She made my daughter very comfortable and improved her lisp so much! She is very encouraging and smart in her techniques.

Fantastic experience: We are so thankful for the awesome team at Holy City Pediatric Therapy! Josie is an amazing PT and makes strengthening and exercise FUN for my 11-year old son ☺️ She is patient, caring, and has a magnetic personality and a special way with children. Kaylee is a wonderful OT who weaves skill-building and social lessons into games like a master! She is dedicated, compassionate, innovative, and so engaging with my son. He loves his time with her! . Sadie is another OT who works wonders with my son! She is incredibly creative, sweet, caring and highly dialed in to my son’s unique needs. My son always has a great time with Sadie and practices valuable skills without even knowing he’s doing it ☺️ We HIGHLY recommend Josie, Kaylee, Sadie and the entire talented and professional Holy City team!!!

Fantastic experience: We love this place...from Kiera making sure we are all taken care of, Paige who worked wonders with our insurance provider so our sweet girl could come for speech therapy and Megan sparking something in our two year old advancing her speech. It is not a chore taking her she loves it and for a mom who was worried about leaving her there it's wonderful to see her run to Megan with a smile. This place is full of stars...grateful for them.
