PT Solutions of Evanston

Fantastic experience: I received care from PT Solutions for a few months, Spring through Fall 2023, for a badly injured shoulder and bicep, to the point I could hardly function, sleep, anything. I cannot express how amazing the entire experience was here. I've been around the block a few times and I'm picky and it's no secret. A former dancer, yoga and dance instructor, and an athlete - the therapists here are 100%, with their knowledge and applications, but so much more. Their caring is sincere, they are present with each client, but so much more. They bring lightness and joy and fun into the experience, every day with every client. No one can resist the positivity and inspiration they bring into the sessions, and the overall space. I am convinced that energy - on top of their knowledge and tenacity with healing their clients - offers a tremendous advantage over therapists that do not have this energy. MacKenzie, Caitlin, and Amy - I truly miss you and have such great gratitude for you all. Never in all my years and various injuries have I shown up at an appointment on time, I always disliked going and hadn't the belief in others abilities to help me, felt like I was wasting time. Well, my longtime shoulder and bicep injury is healed to the point that I am doing things I thought I never would be able to again. I refuse surgery, and most discouraged what PT could do for this. Mackenzie stayed on me, each visit was a specific routine based on how my shoulder was doing that day. The encouragement and belief from the whole office is infectious and again, healing in many ways. The place is run perfectly, the reception/administration is absolutely professional and consistent. I love this place, I love the therapists, and I miss them. I'm so grateful. I'm better and stronger.

Fantastic experience: Worked with PT Solutions to return mobility and strength to my neck and to retrain my vestibular system post a whiplash event. Excellent and focused/personalized care management combined with friendly genuinely great staff members. If humpty dumpty needed to be put back together again, this is where he'd go! Fantastic experience: My experience at PT Solutions of Evanston was exceptional. My therapist, McKenzie Smith was incredibly knowledgeable. She listened intently, asked questions, and worked to find solutions that worked for me. I learned to manage and decrease my pain and trust my body again. I'm deeply grateful for everything PT Solutions did for me and would recommend anyone who deals with chronic pain go there.

Fantastic experience: Caitlin has now put me back together again on two separate occasions. This time, she helped me regain much needed strength and mobility in my right arm as the result of a torn bicep tendon. She is part artist, part magician and part coach and teacher, and the best PT I have ever worked with. She's extremely conscientious, caring, engaged and willing to take the time to answer even the most absurd and ridiculous questions, such as the ones I peppered her with.

Fantastic experience: Great physical therapists here. Have a rotary cuff tear & balance issues from past stroke. For the most part, Caitlin was my PT. She is a wonderful therapist, that knows what exercises to do with an eye on detail. Besides that, she is compassionate & a good motivator. After my visits, I now have a good range of motion in my arm & my balance is better (but still needs work). I will continue with the at home exercises that were given to me.
