Reform Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best Pilates Studio around. The instructors use their knowledge of physical therapy to target those areas missed in most fitness classes. The energy is welcoming and the upbeat music makes class feel like you are hanging out with a bunch of old friends.

Fantastic experience: The vibe in this studio is electric & the instructors are amazing! Meg has done a wonderful job of bringing in top talent. I drive 20 mins to take class here because I know I am guaranteed a great workout with focused modifications for injuries and the friendly faces are an awesome bonus! LOVE reform!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to reform for the past few months 1-2 times a week and have noticed a huge improvement with my chronic hip/sciatic pain. The instructors are knowledgeable, personal and really give you an incredible workout where you leave feeling energized, and your body feeling great. I have had a wonderful experience taking Meg and Molly's classes but I’m sure you can’t go wrong with any instructor at reform!

Fantastic experience: reform is an all-around great pilates studio. The instructors are knowledgeable, everyone is friendly, and the space is beautiful. My one-on-one sessions with Jordan have been game changing for my pilates practice. Jordan has great attention to detail. I’m stronger and have better mobility as a result of working with her.
