Fantastic experience: Lilian was so accommodating and kind in our first appointment. I was running late and she immediately made me feel at home stepping into her space. She modified the session so we could attack my priority issues, and she listened to the different aspects of my chronic pain journey that I wanted to emphasize. I am so excited to start working with Lilian!

Fantastic experience: Lilian is incredibly knowledgable about hypermobility/EDS, good at explaining complex scientific concepts, and has wonderful recommendations ranging from very specific excercises to mindset to lifestyle. It's refreshing, comforting, and enouraging to work with someone who knows volumes about the medical details (which can be scary when presented elsewhere/by other people) but who has a physchologically sound perspective paired with a practical path forward. Fantastic experience: Like countless others I've bounced between all sorts of doctors to deal with posture imbalances and have always had this feeling that my body wasn't in place. After learning about hypermobility and EDS from a chiropractor, I found Lilians Instagram as the BEST, eye-opening resource that I couldn't find anywhere else, including my own physical therapist. I had a consultation with Lilian and she went through every single question, however seemingly odd or small. It was so refreshing to talk to someone who both is so knowledgeable and also validating. Even taking some of her tips so far has already improved my everyday moevement. I've now signed up for personal training and look forward to a recovery I've been waiting for!

Fantastic experience: Lilian Holm was completely instrumental in changing my life from one of dealing with constant daily pain, to one where I’m able to function again and not dread getting up in the morning. Her perceptive diagnostic instincts, along with supplemental mental and attitude adjustments, moved me from horrible sciatic pain to be able to maintain my daily life again by doing targeted stretching and strengthening exercises.
