Fantastic experience: My physical therapist was professional and informative. She was patient as well as kind. She let me know what she would do before she did it so I wasn’t surprised. Many movements cause pain still, so knowing what was happening was incredibly reassuring.

Fantastic experience: Whenever you have physical issues that you don’t understand, it’s wonderful to have someone explain to you all of the intricacies involved. Monica really took the time to explain my condition and what I needed to do to to get well. Live her personality. Excellent reception desk personality.

Fantastic experience: They are busy so you have to have patience. Once you’re in to their schedule, it is professionally managed and operated from the time you walk in to the time you leave. The staff are knowledgeable, clear in their explanations of exercises, encouraging, and always answer questions that I have. The group of PTs seem to work well together too which allows for a comfortable working environment. I’ve been to IBJI 3 times over several years and I am never disappointed.

Positive experience: I was evaluated preoperatively for a hip replacement. I was asked to perform certain tasks and the exact dates for post op PT were reviewed. I felt that the visit was more to inform them of my pre op condition rather than provide me with any treatment. I was seen on time and the therapist was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: IBJI in Wilmette could not have offered a better experience. I worked with Judy and Monica as my primary therapists, and Matt helped me when Judy and Monica worked with someone else. They were perfect for me. EVERYONE was knowledgeable and patient, including the check-in and appointment staff at the desk. The room and the equipment were clean. It’s a well managed and well staffed location. I highly recommend this group.
