At Andersonville Physical Therapy, your physical therapist combines expertise with your unique needs and lifestyle—no one is more qualified to help you understand the cause of your pain and what your body needs to return to normal activities. We don’t utilize aides or assistants because we know they would use up time you could be with a licensed physical therapist who is focused on you.

Located on Chicago’s North Side, Andersonville Physical Therapy provides PT services for people with pain or injuries to the upper body, lower body, or spine. This includes post-surgical rehabilitation, pelvic physical therapy, balance, posture and gait retraining, and women’s and men’s health programs. Because moving correctly is so important to rehabilitation and lifelong health, we also incorporate Pilates and yoga into our treatment.

We offer private treatment rooms, so you can relax and concentrate on your rehabilitation. We’ll help you take the time to focus on healing today so that you can move better for a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Andersonville Physical Therapy. This was my first time requiring PT while recovering from a broken leg. Collin was very patient and helpful in my recovery. He cheerfully tolerated my vague descriptions of pain/discomfort and explored different exercises to address my specific needs. Jill also helped early in the process and was also great. I would highly recommend Andersonville PT to anyone in need.

Fantastic experience: This is the best PT practice I have ever been to. They were recommended by my Podiatrist and she was spot on. The care here is top notch. You are one on one with a therapist and you don't feel like their attention is split between you and two or more other people. Each person I have seen has been knowledgeable, understanding, and encouraging. I will never go to a other place than this one as long as I live in or near Chicago.

Fantastic experience: Joe Yerga was great, but honestly I have never had a bad therapist at andersonville physical therapy. Unlike places such as Athletico, your therapist is your therapist for your entire 45 minutes. They don't leave you for another client. They watch you like hawks to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I can't recommend this practice more highly!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Andersonville Physical Therapy has been nothing short of excellent. For the past few years I’ve been in and out of physical therapy. I’ve always valued reading reviews and this place lives up to the hype. My therapist John is incredibly personable, very caring, and lets me ask all the questions I want. He takes his time and never makes me feel like he’s in a rush or on to the next. This level of one on one care is so important. I’m so grateful to him and to Andersonville Physical Therapists. Cannot recommend enough!
