Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this group for physical therapy. Over the years I have always just used the “box” therapy place- everyone in one room and your therapist is usually treating 1-4 others at the time they are working with you. At this place- you have one on one time in a room with just you and your therapist. My spine specialist recommended I just “try it” before my lumbar injection. I will never go anywhere else!! Be prepared to get exercise plan to continue at home between your appointments. And what they teach you actually works!! I have several bulging disks, and several vertebrae issues in my lower back. It is called The McKenzie Method—- look it up. Kristen is amazing!! She has taught me how to take care of my back, what to do to relieve pain and it is all low impact.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by a friend who had gone and liked working with Ken. I’ve seen both Kristin and Ken and they are both very friendly and knowledgeable. They prioritize only having people see them as much as is needed and not more, which I appreciate. They were able to find the root cause of my problem (which was tricky) and the exercises they have given me have been helping me improve!

Fantastic experience: I was in the worst pain of my life when it comes to my lower back. Having found this facility and it's amazing staff/ PT's has done wonders for me in just 4 visits. I couldn't stand or walk without aggressive pain just 28 days ago and now I feel like I'm in my 20's (I'm 37) again. Thank u Ken for making me realize that I can get better with the right technique. My hight has gone back to normal, my flexibility is massively improved and I overall just feel so much better!

Fantastic experience: Ken is an amazing Physical Therapist! Emma at his front desk is very sweet and professional - you feel very welcome when walking in the door. Went to Ken summer 2022 after a few paralysis episodes due to neck nerve damage. After a few months of physical therapy sessions and at home therapy exercises, mobility in back and neck were restored and pain subsided. Highly recommend going to Specialized Physical Therapy!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Ken Keach enough. After having symptoms worsen under another physical therapist, I vowed I would never try PT again. My friend convinced me to try Ken and within one week I felt significantly better. After about a month, my neck issues have dramatically improved and I feel so encouraged. This was even done entirely remote as I don’t live in Chattanooga!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had Physical Therapy for several issues and injuries over the years. The first day I walked in the door at Specialized, I knew immediately this was a different kind of approach and a higher level of personalized care. At Specialized Physical Therapy Dr. Ken Keach asked very specific questions and evaluated every aspect of my conditions. My treatment has always been specific and very effective at Specialized. I would be settling for less if I ever went anywhere else just because it was closer to home or closer to work. It’s next to Sam’s Club and across Lee Hwy from The Sports Barn. I can honestly say after 4 back surgeries and 2 artificial hips, the Physical Therapy I got at Specialized couldn’t have been any better. Appointments are easy, staff is Great and I think Ken Keach is Great at what he does. On a personal note - I had never met Dr. Keach before I first went there but I was told “He is the Best”. After seeing him for several issues over several years and getting to know him as a person, I am privileged to be his patient. Ken has a passion for what he does, he is great at what he does and he is a Godly man. I tell my friends and family, when you need Physical Therapy for anything- go see Ken!

Fantastic experience: Ken Keach and his staff have recovered me from hip replacement and spinal fusion over the years and done an excellent job of teaching me how to preserve my alements and continue to enjoy life like before my injuries. It's great to have such knowledge and expertise locally to call upon when needed. I went from limping around yesterday in pain to "that guy" at the airport this morning sprinting past you.as I was last to board the plane. Sorry to those of you I may have startled but Ken Keach got this fella moving again. Thanks Ken!.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a few of the well-known PT clinics around the area over the past 10-15 years and they each helped in specific ways. But when Dr Paul Hoffman referred my husband to Specialized PT several years ago he got great results. Then after he told owner Dr Ken Keach of a painful problem I was having that seemed to elude my doctors, Ken thought he could help. I got Dr Hoffman to send me there and Ken began to go to work, doing what he is so very good at--diagnostics! Trying this and that, a little at a time, tweaking as needed, patient and personable. Ken is brilliant, highly trained and educated, so good about teaching the why's of each exercise, just the best! Ashley is a fantastic PTA, so encouraging and a great asset to the office. Over the years they have helped me through an ASSORTMENT of post-op rehabs and I've been pleased through them all. I recommend them to everyone needing excellent PT with the best results.

Fantastic experience: Ken Keach is the best Physical Therapist around. I have been suffering with low back issues for many years. He will call you only once a week and shows you stretches/exercises to do on your own at home. This saves time and cost of treatment. When my treatment was completed, he gave me 4 stretches with print outs to do every day to keep my back injury free. Office staff also very professional and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I have been so pleased receiving my physical therapy here following a cervical fusion. I feel I have received the best physical therapy I could have asked for and have seen considerable gains along the way. I started my physical therapy in January of this year and Ken Keach, PT, DPT, has been so great to provide a thorough exercise program as well as thoroughly explaining the basis for each exercise. When necessary, he has made modifications along the way in order to keep me on the path of progress. Ashely is a great PTA that I have seen on one occasion as well. Andrea, in the front office has been so accommodating when it comes to scheduling my follow-up appointments. What a great team!

Fantastic experience: Ken and Ashley were phenomenal. Within moments of my initial treatment Ken was able to establish a treatment plan that provided results immediately. It was quite impressive. Throughout the course of treatment Ken and Ashley's level of communication, education, attentiveness was beyond measure. Even through a pandemic and restrictions they were able to provide the same level of treatment and service through telemedicine. It has been empowering to gain the knowledge to provide the necessary skills to prevent this incident from reoccurring. I can't say enough.

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a physical therapist. I've always seen a chiropractor first, but upon the suggestion of family I made an appointment with Ken. He took the time to talk with me, go over everything, and then at my own pace showed me the exercises I needed to keep in my pocket next time my back went out. So thankful to understand now what I need to do vs what I thought was working. His help is making recovery much faster! The staff there is wonderful, they all made scheduling/rescheduling and paperwork a painless experience.

Fantastic experience: Ken and Ashley immediately knew what I needed to do . I was better after therapy that day, by 3-4 months felt good, at on year I thought I was completely well, I re injured the same area, so back I went and AGAIN at 3-4 months I am doing well. I recently sent a message to Ken reminding what a positive influence he has been on my life!

Fantastic experience: My treatment at Specialized Physical Therapy was excellent! I'm amazed that my back feels better now than it has in years! I initially went to see Dr. Keach for a back injury that left me stuck not being able to even stand up completely. I am now even better than before because I had not realized how much pain I was just letting go before the injury occurred! I am so thankful for the thorough care I received from both Ken & his assistant Ashley.

Fantastic experience: In my opinion Ken works with you to help you to the best of his ability. He listens to what you are telling him that is going on with you and then he does his strength test on you and he goes to work slowly for a fast result. Meaning one step at a time so he will know if something hurts you what it is and they can adjust for it!

Fantastic experience: I want patients of Specialized Physical Therapy to know that for about four months I was well treated and supervised for a neck injury that caused me a lot of pain until my surgeon sent me to Dr. Ken Keach and his assistant, Mrs. Moates. At each visit I was observed for range of motion and then given specific work to try in their suite, and for later at home. This was strictly "hands-on" activity so that I could regain movement, relieve pain and regularly report back to the staff. This was the only way I obtained relief, and it is an ongoing process. I have hope of significant recovery at this point. Thank you staff!
