Thera-Play Pediatrics is a children’s therapy clinic that provides high-quality speech, occupational, and physical therapy services in a friendly and welcoming environment. Our experienced therapists and staff work closely with children and families across the River Valley & Northwest Arkansas Region to develop customized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

At Thera-Play Pediatrics, we are always looking to expand our team with experienced and passionate individuals who enjoy working with children and families. We provide our employees with a friendly and supportive atmosphere, utilizing a team approach to handling the day-to-day challenges that we face. We offer the highest contract rates in Northwest Arkansas and allow our therapists to make their own schedules. We appreciate bilingual (Spanish) therapists, and as a family-oriented business, we support the needs of therapists with babies, toddlers, teenagers, or beloved pets. We accept new OT, ST, and PT graduates as well as CFY-SLPs. We also accept level 2 graduate students for supervised fieldwork positions.
