Poli is a highly qualified and experienced physical therapist with a diverse background in outpatient rehabilitation clinics and home health rehabilitation. He earned his bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Tzu Chi in Taiwan in 2019. Throughout his career, Poli has demonstrated a strong passion for working with orthopedic, neurological patients, and aging geriatric individuals.

Known for his professionalism and optimistic attitude, Poli consistently provides exceptional care and support to his patients, guiding them through the challenging path of rehabilitation. In 2020, he expanded his expertise by obtaining the Professionals Personal Trainer license from the Asian Academy for Sports & Fitness, specializing in weight and functional training. He worked as a lecturer and senior physical therapist with a renowned personal trainer group, focusing on reducing pain, improving posture, increasing muscle mass, and enhancing balance to counteract the effects of aging.

Poli's commitment to learning and growth led him to pursue a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, which he successfully obtained in 2023 upon graduating in the United States. Now equipped with the latest knowledge and enriched by his past experiences, Poli is thrilled to apply his skills in the clinical setting, providing much-needed assistance to those in need and contributing to the betterment of society.

Highline Physical Therapy is Awesome. Everybody there is Very Friendly And They have helped me a great deal. They all go out of their way to make you feel at ease and feel at home!!!!!

The staff is excellent. Everyone is super friendly and listens very well about the targeted pain areas. They are all quite knowledgeable and are genuinely interested in each patient. It is easy to get an appointment that suits your schedule. They often stay a few minutes late to make sure you get through all exercises and stretches. Absolutely enjoy coming here and will be sad when my treatment is over.

I was having a terrible time trying establish Physical therapy in a timely fashion until I found Highline Physical Therapy - Des Moines. The office staff, Melissa and Evelyn were amazing and got me an appointment in 2 days. My Therapist Emma is great. So sweet, kind and smart. She’s knows how important it is for me to gain strength and mobility. She is so encouraging and we are working together to reach my goal of climbing stairs.

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

The frequency of your treatment will depend on your physician’s prescription and the plan of care developed by your physical therapist. Most patients require treatment two to three times per week. The duration of treatment will depend on your injury and personal progress. Your physical therapist will discuss this with you following your initial exam and subsequently as you progress.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
