C4 Physical Therapy

Positive experience: Our appointment was scheduled for 8:00AM; however we were not called by an until 8:25 AM only after I asked a reception about our wait. The first response from the receptionist when I asked if she knew how much longer it would be was “I can reschedule your appointment”. I said that wasn’t what I was asking and she just kept repeating herself. The PA was nice but could really give us an information other than we have to wait until the next visit. She might have been in the room for no more than 8-10 minutes after making us wait 25 minutes after our scheduled appointment. What’s bothersome is no offered and apology for the delay.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Isaac for almost a year, and the experience has been incredible. I started working with him to recover from a knee injury and build strength in the surrounding muscles. Isaac has far exceeded my expectations! I genuinely look forward to waking up early and heading to the gym, where I’m greeted by the friendly staff and other clients. The supportive environment, combined with Isaac’s expertise, has made me stronger and healthier. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this place. Anna and Rachel (and others) were pivotal in helping me return to an active lifestyle following a hip surgery. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in all aspects. If you are suffering from any kind of sports injury or pain this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: They have a great team there. Sherry Garrett was professional and had a great attitude every time I showed up. 100% recovery from distal bicep tear( fixed by Dr Miller) and just got back to competing!

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment for my son to see Amy for rehab. She did an amazing job with my son! He pulled a muscle in his back and needed rehab before his game. When I tell you he looked and played like a champ the next day is an understatement! I will definitely be bringing him back to her. When I called her and told her what was going on and what we needed, she immediately got him in! I highly recommend her services and you will thank me later! Thanks Amy! Eli and mom

Fantastic experience: I've been going to C4 Sports therapy for many months. After therapy, I hired strength coach, Isaac Parker, to help me regain as much mobility as possible. It has made a HUGE difference in my recovery from shoulder replacement surgery. I have no doubt that I will be kayaking, backpacking, and doing all the activities I used to do, prior to my injury, in no time! I highly recommend this facility-An incredible group of Dedicated individuals that really care about your outcome.

Fantastic experience: Amy Ketron is the best at what she does! She’s extremely smart but also isn’t afraid to ask for help if she doesn’t know something. Anytime I’ve screwed up and tweaked something when lifting she always gets me back on my feet and lifting again. I don’t think I could continue doing what I love without her support and the entire team at C4. I would highly recommend going there for all physiotherapy needs!

Fantastic experience: I started going to C4 after an injury years ago. I will NOT go to any other therapy faculity due to the level of expertise and care I receive here. Shout out to Pablo and Allison! I loved it so much that I started using Isaac the personal trainer here to continue my healing, make me stronger, and keep me in shape. Isaac is phenomenal! He challenges you, encorages you and tailors your workout for your body, age, and level of athletucisism! I love it here!!

Fantastic experience: Isaac has been great to work with! I have been involved in fitness industry for the last 15 years coaching CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting and he really knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: (1) Therapist service quality the same as other providers (ATI, etc). Only difference is facility has equipment that other providers may not have; (2) Billing practices are aggressive and abnormal - collect for Center for Sports as a whole: occur prior to invoicing and/or insurance EOBs, are verbally exposed to other customers waiting to check in, or come through day-of-appointment text messages with no ability to respond. (This will especially be a problem if you have had a large procedure, with multiple medical billings coming through. Worker's compensation, surgery, etc); (3) No appointment calendar/reminder system (phone, text, email, etc); (4) Set appointments through minor aged patients, without consulting parent.

Fantastic experience: Worked with Pablo & Amy at C4 after shoulder surgery by Dr. Sanders. A+++ service and helped get my shoulder strong again.

Fantastic experience: C4 rehab has done an excellent job for therapy and rehab for both myself and my daughter. The technology available is state of the art. All of the therapist we have seen have done an excellent job.

Fantastic experience: Andy has been overseeing my recovery of 2 ankle surgeries I’ve had in the last year. He’s super knowledgeable, and I even learned a lot about myself from him teaching other therapists. The staff is all very friendly, and I actually have a lot of fun and look forward to going to pt. I have made so much progress with their guidance. Just expect a good workout!

Negative experience: I had Erica and she knew what she was doing what she was talking about but the overall progression of my therapy was quite painful because she didn't watch me for a lot of exercises and I unknowingly pushed myself too hard. Also what was very unprofessional she and the receptionists made fun of me for the faces I was making during my exercises like a bunch of high school girls. The last time I was there she wasnt watching again and I tore my back very bad. Was almost unable to even go to work it hurt so bad and it hurt for a month so I had to stop all therapy. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, my son and myself have both had to spend some quality time with the physical therapists out there! They are without a doubt the nicest, friendliest, most personable and concerned staff we've ever used. They very much want to do what's best for your particular situation and take great pleasure in seeing to it that you progress back to.... or even better than you were before you got injured!
